I tried for 3 weeks to order and I called multiple times and was told by the person answering the phone, said they were just gathering information and someone would call me back. I never received a call back or and email from your company, and my husband almost ran out of supplies for changing his Ileostomy bag. I have even reached out to Coloplast to see if they have another supply company for their products so I can have a better experience getting supplies in a timely manners.
