Closets By DesignReviews of closetsbydesign.com

I recently had the pleasure of working with Closets by Design to revamp several areas of my home, including all our closets, laundry room, and office. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Design Process: Christine Champ, the designer assigned to our project, was an absolute delight to work with. She possessed an innate ability to understand our needs and preferences, translating them into beautifully crafted designs that maximized both space and functionality. Christine's attention to detail ensured that every inch of our closets and other spaces was utilized efficiently, resulting in a seamless blend of aesthetics and practicality. Installation: The installation teams from Closets by Design were professional, efficient, and meticulous in their work. They arrived promptly as scheduled and completed the installation with precision and care. Despite the complexity of some of the installations, they maintained a high level of craftsmanship throughout the process, leaving us thoroughly impressed with the final results. Communication: Throughout the entire project, communication with Closets by Design was seamless and hassle-free. Deanna, the scheduler, was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring that all our questions and concerns were addressed promptly. Her professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set the standard for outstanding service. Overall Experience: Thanks to Closets by Design and their exceptional team, our home has been transformed into a more organized and functional space. From the initial design phase to the final installation, every aspect of the process exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Closets by Design to anyone seeking high-quality custom closet solutions backed by top-notch service.

Eva was very helpful, very informative and offered many suggestions. She was also willing to listen to my requests. Eva was a pleasure to work with and spend time to get everything just right. Very friendly and made sure I understood many different options and what was most economical in creating my walk in closet.

Wish I had chosen California Closets instead. Experience was not bad: installers were nice, on time and clean; company customer service was good. The product is just not worth what they charge. It looks cheap. All the connector bolts are visible. Self closing drawers cannot be called such since you practically have to push the drawers almost all the way in for the self closing mechanism to engage. Overall it doesn’t look polished or good quality. I am so disappointed. It’s not a good feeling to have spent thousands and having a mediocre end result. I just close the closet doors and try not to think about it. It’s not good.

The installers, Meiby and Landis were awesome. They were able to address a problem that the estimator wasn't able to. The only reason I give this four stars instead of five is because the estimator acted like a used car salesman - But I have nothing but good to say about the installers. They were fast, courteous and professional.

The installers, Zach and Michael came during the timeframe the company said they would. Their work was exceptional. They did a wonderful job. Very professional and courteous which is a good combination.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the experience I've had with Closets by Design. Initially, they presented themselves as caring and attentive, promising exceptional service and quality craftsmanship. However, after I made the payment, their level of care and attention plummeted drastically. The first red flag was when they failed to deliver on their promises. After paying for their services, I expected prompt and efficient completion of the work. Instead, it's been three weeks since the initial installation, and my closet remains unfinished. Despite multiple assurances that they would return the next day to complete the repairs, they have yet to fulfill their commitment. What's even more disheartening is that the quality of their work does not match the promises they made during the sales process. What they showed me initially is not what I received. The craftsmanship is subpar, and the materials used are of low quality. It's evident to me now that Closets by Design's priority lies solely in securing payment rather than delivering on their promises of exceptional service. Their lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling. To anyone considering working with Closets by Design, I urge you to proceed with caution. Don't be deceived by their initial charm and promises. Be sure to ask questions, voice your concerns, and document everything before signing any contract with them. Otherwise, you may find yourself in a situation like mine, feeling cheated and betrayed by a company that cares more about profit than its customers' satisfaction. In conclusion, my experience with Closets by Design has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I would strongly advise against doing business with them.

Closets by Design was amazing. From our first contact to our final installation, we were amazed and delighted with the process and installation. Their designer was incredibly talented and especially creative. We had a complex and challenging installation and they did it seamlessly. We were additionally very impressed with their installation team of Jose and Carlos. They were consummate professionals and a pleasure to have in our house. Bravo! Closets by Design

From the very beginning of my interest in Closets By Design until today's delivery of my purchase of 6 extra shelves, I couldn't be happier with this company and its employees. I felt that every single person I spoke with was truly interested in getting me exactly what I was looking for. They were constructive, honest and friendly to work with. I'd give them FIVE STARS, not four.
