After 3 tries my closet is not complete. Twice material was cut wrong. Things are missing or poorly installed. On day 2 installers left without completing the install and said Customer Service will call you. I never heard from anyone even after repeated emails and calls. I now finally have a "service appointment" to complete my closet. That was only because they came looking for final payment. No apologies, nothing. IF that appointment is successful my install will be a 4 week process. I absolutely do not recommend you buy a closet system from Closets by Design.

Had a wonderful experience with this company. Their designer did a truly wonderful job of thinking outside the box to really maximize use of unique spaces. It was not just color by numbers, but real thought and effort. The installers were polite, friendly and 100% on time. The project started and finished exactly when promised. My closets are gorgeous! I am very happy and would highly recommend this company to anyone.

The wait time for the closet install was months, but I think that was due to supply chain issues with Covid and also it was discussed up front so wasn't a surprise. Sean G and Eddie did a great job with the install! They were able to accommodate a timing request because I had an appointment later, they were friendly to my overly friendly dog and the conversation in passing was good even though Sean is an Eagles fan ha. Don't know how much they make but they deserve a raise.

Awful company. Complete bait and switch. They sold us a closet and showed up today with a complete different design than what we had purchased that didn’t fit our layout. They are refusing to give back our deposit. I will get my credit card company to try to get the money back and if that doesn’t work, I’ll pursue legal action.

Working with Jennifer on 3 closets in new house. So much fun and very creative, can't wait see the results.

Employees are 100% commission pay. Drive, meet potential customers, complete paperwork but with no sale comes No pay. What ? Literally hours of work for nothing. No minimum wage. Why would anyone work for a company like this ? Supply your own vehicle , own computer, own phone, own stationary...yup supply your own pens. But you get a cool plastic ruler, oooh.What a sad business model started in USA then crept into Canada. Franchise owners lose nothing while you lose time, gas money, and ink. If you don’t make a sale you get squat. Think hard before signing up to work with this greedy, self centred outfit.
