I was left in the cold and needed to buy a commuter bike quickly! I searched CityGrounds and found a Marin bike in my size. The price was fifty dollars cheaper than the MSRP. I was hesitant about some of the reviews during this pandemic (late getting bikes, wrong products received, incomplete parts). I received my bike in original Marin box sealed and immaculate shape within seven days of my purchase. I dropped off the bike at my local bike shop and it was assembled in a week. The frame, wheels, and parts were pristine. All in all a great experience, price, and product from CityGrounds.

Sent my boyfriend a bike that had a big flaw on the seat & they want him to jump hoops to get it replaced.

Bike came quickly and as expected.

Look I can't speak for anyone else, but I gave them a couple of extra days to confirm my order because of COVID and then wrote them an email with a couple more days buffer before canceling my order. They got back to me within a couple of days confirming they were swamped but I would get my bike and I got it within 2 weeks. I had a great experience and would definitely order again!

Overall great experience! Bike arrived undamaged. However I did go two weeks without hearing anything past my order confirmation and was not aware when or if it had shipped. Happy it did though! Cannot wait to ride

Ordered a bike only to find out days later it was not available, they did refund my money immediately unlike another company I dealt with before.

I contacted my bank to dispute this charge as I was pretty sure I was never going to see my bike, and they had my money for 5 days already. Bank suggested that I send yet another e-mail, cancelling the order and requesting a refund, for the file, which I sent on 4/29. Low and behold, I get a shipment confirmation on 4/30, stating the order had shipped! Seriously?! Then on May 1st I get a delivery notification from UPS that my bike would be delivered that day! UPS never shows, but I noticed that the shipment originated at "Cannondale Sports Group" in Indiana. Anyway, I get another delivery notice that it will be delivered yesterday, and the UPS driver shows up with another package for us, and I can see the bike in the back of the truck, so I tell the driver I think that's mine as well, and he says no, it has been placed on hold and identified as a return to sender. I tried yet again to call City Grounds to tell them the bike is in front of me and I'll take delivery, but as normal, no answer, so the bike is on the way back to Cannondale (it was a Schwinn bike). This company does not deserve my business, and hopefully it will save someone else the aggravation. I'm in Atlanta, and there are bike shops re-opening in every neighborhood, so I'll have new wheels by tomorrow.
