Box came in destroyed and it was missing the bolt to the seat clamp. Had to scavenge my garage for one that’d work. Also arrived a couple days late but other than that, love my bike.

The rims were not true, the rear tires bead is bad. It is now sitting at Providence Bicycle waiting on warranty information from you.

Never received any email saying bike was out for delivery. I had to acknowledge that someone needed to sign for it bike showed up on a Sunday and no one signed for it and was still left on my front porch. Front tire wouldn’t inflate had to replace internal of valve stem. Rear brakes are noisy as all heck. Was hoping noise would go away. Assuming cheap brake pads so will be replacing those as well. Won’t be buying from this company again.

Online order and self pick up so o little interaction with anyone-the brake was assembled or adjusted to tight ! I asked about a minor adjustment and I was not to welcome to bring it back so I guess customer service is NOT in the business model anymore! Just $$$$

Good delivery time. Poor product. Bought pair SE Bikes Bozack Tire Blue/Tan / 29" What I got was black tires with blue painted on them that wore off after first ride. Don’t buy any colored tires because they are essentially black tires painted over.

Arrived with a flat tire. Had to buy a tube locally. Send me a replacement tube for 5 stars instead of asking me to send photos, receipts and jump through hoops.

Rides nice, shipment took long, left pedal and crank shift broke already
