The paint on the bike I received was chipped and some of the parts were very cheaply constructed for a bike that was originally $699. I chose to assemble the bike myself, however the instructional videos included didn't pertain to my bike. I contacted City Grounds and received a reply from "Rosa" and received a generic response stating the bike needed to be assembled by a professional if I wanted to activate the full warranty but again I chose to assemble to bike myself instead of paying an additional $100-$150. I reached out again and was offered a care package ($70 value) or $40 store credit but I didn't choose either as I have no interest in doing business with this company any longer.

Pinched rear tube before leaving the drive way on first ride and getting new tubes has been difficult since there unavailable from site. In hind sight I wish I had just bought from a department store.

The right pedal won’t screw on. It was stripped somehow and i never rode the bike.

Took forever to get the bike when it said two days more like two weeks, did not get all the stuff for the bike was missing peddles, an pegs, reached out too the company they give me the run around of 20 ?s when you reply to them it takes for ever to get a email back poor customer service on getting help, I bought a $300 bike from a company that has so I rating well I’m thinking not what a waste of time an money. Period

The bike I ordered for my daughter was delivered timely and my daughter loves it. However, I purchased additional pegs for her bike. I did not realize that the bike peg that I ordered did not come as a pair. It was not clear and when I requested a return label City Ground emailed me back stating that I was responsible for both the shipping and restocking fee for a peg. So it would cost me money to make the return and to purchase a second one without a bike purchase would cost me double for the peg with shipping cost. I thought this was unfair and should have been stated more clear for first time BMX bike parents. I decided not to purchase my other daughters bike from them bc of this policy. These bikes cost too much to possible loose so much money on their poor return policy.

Bike arrived quick and in good shape. There was a $59 extra fee for the 26" which originally I didn't notice so I guess that is on me but makes me sad about this purchase and buying from this company. I feel I got ripped for the price as I had to assemble myself AND charged an extra $59 for the difference between buying a 26" instead of a 24". Will not buy from this company again.
