BIKE NOT IN STOCK

Everything I need is right where I can find it. City Grounds is my go to for whenever I need something for my bike. There are no problems whatsoever.

I received the wrong bike and I contacted support and I still have not received anything from them .

Bike came with zero instructions 😐

Looked for a bike for days on line bought one on Amazon, found it for a way better price on city grounds, cancelled my order on Amazon ordered from city grounds three days later they contacted me and said they over sold. All BS can't beat amazon. City grounds is a California based Chinese company, never again beware my friend. Waste of my time

Don’t just don’t. Bought 2 bikes waited a week and then got a email saying they were out of stock and my money would be back in my account in up to 10 days this company is terrible. Took me a week to get a response the bikes that I bought that were available were actually out of stock. Don’t waste your time I went to mr bike and got the same two bikes and got them in less than a week. Oh and the best part one was for my wife’s birthday and they offered me 20 dollars off my next purchase 😂 close the doors already!!! Look at the trending reviews. I’m not the first or the last. Just looking out my friends.

Update - The owner of this business(Mr.Ku) is an extremely professional and respectable man. This is a local bike shop that does a GREAT job both in state and online but has been affected by Covid(like many businesses right now). If you decide to order ANYTHING in the midst of this storm please be patient and realize that some businesses are understaffed and dealing with huge influxes of new online business. I wish you the absolute best Paul and if I’m ever in CA I’ll pass by so we can chit chat and talk shop. You haven’t lost me as a customer and you rectified the situation in the best manner possible. They got the money and after confirming me the order and the tracking number they disappeared! I have never received the bike. After 10 business days, I had to call them to get my money back! Still waiting. Terrible!
