Super bike and company... The only reason it is not 5 is because, in previewing the operator manual for the Crew Method, I read the instructions for changing the Speed Limitation under Ebike Settings under Setting Menu. I wanted to be able to adjust the top speed downwards for less cadence assist for the way I ride. It turned out the display menu includes that option but it is not actually changeable. Despite learning my controller was locked for this adjustment, I am totally satisfied with the bike - extremely glad I chose this model and for the responsiveness of the Sales and Support resources. I will continue to recommend and possibly purchase in the future.

The cruiser bike is great and assembly was very straightforward; however, the box arrived is very poor condition with holes is several spots. It definitely looked like the carrier you used was not careful at all. I’m glad the bike was not damaged.

Better packing, 4th bike ordered also has damage while in box. I hate to be a nit picker, but when you buy something new you want it to look new not scratched up. Other than that I like the ease of ordering from City Grounds.

City grounds always delivers. There's plenty of good deals for you to scope out. That Christmas catalog we staired at for hours as a kid, but we can afford as an adult. Keep up the great work!

Over all was good but my ture came with a flat but they sent me a new one. Couldn't ride mt bike for around a week
