I ordered a SE number plate and it came…
I ordered a SE number plate and it came fast but it was scratched up on the front and is very noticeable. I was disappointed because I noticed it as soon as I opened the package so my first thought was why didn’t the shipper see it. The box was in tact and had no damage.

I was a little concerned... but my fears were unwarranted
I was a little concerned about buying form this company after reading some of these reviews. So I called the company and spoke to someone about the availability and shipping of a bike. It was a great experience, very helpful and courteous. Best of all, my bike arrived 4 days after i bought it and was in perfect condition when it arrived. Seems this company, like virtually everything else in the world, had a bit of a hard time with customer service and shipping during last summer before things stabilized after the initial covid craziness. Well they seem to have gotten back on track now. Great experience. t

Good stuff!
My experience at city grounds is top-notch the customer service there is hands-down the best of online shopping you can get I’ve never been disappointed and I’m sure if I was they would take care of it city ground is one of the best thank you guys for putting the pedals under our feet

I got the bike delivered today by…
I got the bike delivered today by UPS.The box was heavily damaged so the US driver put down possible damage so i can return it if it is damaged.The ups driver let me open the box a little and it looked ok so i let him drop it off.I took the bike out of the box and carefully inspected it for any damage and i did not find any visible damage or scratches.It would be nice if the box was opened up and packed more before being shipped.
