My tour never took place as the guide didn't turn up . One week 3 emails and two reviews I still haven't had any solution except to say someone will look into this . I have never had service like this in my life . So disappointed and $250 for nothing. Debbie Radi

I have pre-booked the day tour venice from milan a week ago, and until today (48 hours before the tour) I haven't received any confirmation from city discovery Veltra company. They just mailed me to wait and be patient. How could I be patient without any assurance? My reference number is SHAN577256. I dont recommend this company at all. They dont have any contact number. So be carefull.

I have booked several activities through City Discovery for several different city break trips and I have not been disappointed once with the service that I have received from City Discovery. I would definitely recommend.

i booked for 4 x hop on hop bus tickets in paris firth thing this morning to use on the 1st of july only 4 days away. after processing the order i realsed i ahd booked the wrong one and wanted one to include the hop on hop of bus. there is no way of contacting this company to make amendments, i have messaged on fb which apparently they respond too within 2 hours its been 5 hours and i have has no response. i have emailed and it states 72 hours for a response not god when i travel in 4 days, and i have also contacted them via twitter all of which i ahve had no response too. and tehre is no telephone number. so unhappy with this service, i would suggest booking with a company you can be assured havinga phone number.

I used this company VELTRA CITY DISCOVERING SERVICES and I had a quite bad experience. I bought tickets for 3 and then ask for the reimbursment of one person since we were in 2. Terms and conditions state that I am entitled to 100% od the cancelled ticket since I made pretty much immediately. I requested , no news from them not from the supplier. Few reminder sent, nothing. I consider this a lack of professionalims. Bad experience. Do not use them. They are very unprofessional and misleading. Recently went on a bus tour operated by city discovery tour was exactly as described value for money I bought my pre paid ticket online & produced it in Singapore no fuss or bother went on an excellent tour covering two days in the city excellent value for money
