Good initial response to my booking request but then had to send various e-mails to confirm the booking. Also , I had to call the service provider on the day of the event to confirm meeting time. No follow up from the service provider.

This company is a HUGE scam !!!!! If you want to spend a good moment, please avoid it !! I had the worse moment of my life. I booked the tickets to go to the Harry Potter studios with transport from London, that I paid quite a lot because there were no more tickets available on the Warner Bros official website. I arrived AT THE ADDRESS WRITTEN ON MY TICKET at 3.30pm as specified on the ticket. I called the company to ask them where exactly is the meeting point in the street. A employee answered me that it was not the good address and I had to go to another place on the opposite side of London. The address this guy gave me WAS NOT written anywhere on my ticket or email I received for the confirmation of payment. I am French, so English is not my first language. This employee had a strong foreign accent, so it was hard for me to understand him. As I didn't understand the address of the new place, I asked him to spell it. Obviously with both accent, the communication was impossible I understood DEEKAR street instead of BAKER street. I asked him to talk to someone with a British accent to have the correct address before missing the bus. He started to be upset at me and said I had to deal with him. FORTUNATELY I found a British man in the train station and asked him to translate for me and to write me this address. HE found me the address on his phone and gave me a direction to follow to arrive at the destination. After running and stressing instead of having a relaxing moment, we finally arrived to the bus stop ! 30 MINUTES OF DELAY for the bus !!! My sister and I got finally in the bus. We were the 3rd and 4th to enter. The driver read my ticket and said I didn't book the transport to go to the studio (which I did for a month). After asking me to let everybody enter with the tickets bought on the Warner bros website, he gave them enveloppes with the entrance ticket for the studio. Then when we were the last, he had a last enveloppe. He asked me to go out of the bus while he was going to throw this enveloppe in his bag. On this enveloppe MY NAME WAS WRITTEN !!!!! I showed him my ticket and ID to prove this enveloppe was mine. He just said "oh yes, my mistake" and then we only had 2 separate seats in the bus for 2 hours of journey. WE RAN, WE STRESSED, PEOPLE WERE RUDE TO US, THIS TRIP COST ME A FORTUNE AND WE SPENT 2 HOURS WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO SIT NEXT TO EACH OTHER. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORSE COMPANY EVER. THEY JUST RUINED MY HARRY POTTER EXPERIENCE. I REGRET SO MUCH TO HAVE SPENT MY MONEY FOR THESE THIEVES.

All of the tours we booked were superbly organised and very professionally run - we would not hesitate to use them again

Firstly the practicalities. Having everything arranged for you makes a huge difference on this trip, particularly at Neuschwanstein. When we arrived at around 14:45, the queue for tickets looked about two hours long, and people were being sold tickets for 6pm! Being able to just arrive and get handed our tickets would have been reason enough to book this tour. Both Linderhof and Neuschwanstein were absolutely breathtaking, totally unique in their design and location, a remarkable day out. For the tour itself, the coach was comfortable, the itinerary didn't feel rushed, and Elizabeth our guide was charming, friendly, and very informative, the perfect host! Thomas the driver also gave a comfortable safe drive. The castles are a must see in the Munich area, and City Discovery tour of them made the whole thing so easy and relaxed, highly recommended!

This was an awesome wine tour - our guide, Clara, was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable about the history of each of the vineyards as well as all the wines that we tasted. Clara's input made the vineyard interesting and she was passionate about the families that ran the vineyard as well as the wines they produced. We never would have chosen these particular vineyards on our own. Both vineyards we visited had long histories and were beautiful as well as interesting. The Cava and other wines were excellent and we had time at each vineyard to taste the wines and get the historical background for both the vineyard and their winemaker. Many people bought wine at each vineyard. The second vineyard had an incredible 10 century history complete with castle and awesome views. We had plenty of time to take pictures, taste wine and walk the vineyard and grounds before getting to our bus. The bus was first class, luxurious and comfortable for the ride to and from the vineyards. We definitely recommend this tour to anyone living or visiting Barcelona!

Our trip was wonderful-- the meeting place was convenient and the guides were punctual. Our guide, Clara, was exceptional- she was knowledgeable about the history of Barcelona and the vineyards.Clara was engaging and charming. The vineyards were quite interesting-- the cavas were my favorite--and we were quite well fed with the tapas and cheeses. We had enough time at each vineyard to have a good understanding of the background and of the wines. Most of our group bought cava wines. The second vineyard was amazing-- the 10 century history was quite interesting and the views were amazing. Everyone enojoyed the selection of wines, and again most bought a bottle. We were given plenty of time for photos, and to look around before heading back on the buses. The bus was comfortable, and the air conditioning was welcomed. We loved this experience!
