Tomorrow night we leave Barcelona and return to the UK, after a holiday weekend here. At 6pm this evening I booked a "flexible" day + time visit to Camp Nou, i.e. any day/time, because we know we want to go tomorrow, but can't be sure of the time. At three places on the website it says "instant confirmation". After paying, a message appeared saying "May take three days for confirmation email to arrive". So, in all likelihood we have wasted a hundred euros. And my sons do not get to see Camp Nou. Do not trust this website! UPDATE: After contacting them last night we have just received confirmations, the time is 09:45 on Sunday. Stressful, though. On the website it should state clearly that if you buy a flexible ticket then don't intend to use it in the next three days. And it most certainly shouldn't have "instant confirmation" plastered all over the site. I have updated star rating from 1 to 3. FURTHER UPDATE: Went to Camp Nou today, arriving at 3pm. Lots of ticket machines, there was no need for the online booking stress. And this is at the weekend - so when would there be queues? Saturdays, maybe?

Our tour guide left us stranded. Halfway through our tour in Rome, she left us on the other side of the ticket gate and we never heard from her or the company again. We called the company immediately and they said 'this never happens, we will investigate and get back to you'. This was about a month ago and still have never heard back. I have emailed them DAILY on their website, just asking for someone to contact me so I can know if they are actually investigating this issue. Have not heard anything. What a disappointment and waste of money. The part of the tour we had was great, but horrible customer service and I mean leaving your tour group conveniently at the gate where you need tickets that only the tour guide has, and then she is no where in sight...hmm...seems like a scam to me.

Brooklyn Jim was a great tour guide. Fun, informative and an expert in all things New York. It was a happy tour and he was wonderful with all the tourists. If you want to see the big things in New York quickly, then this is a must. Take it early and you can then decide what things you want to go back to with more time. A great general introduction.

I was disappointed with the tours I booked on City Discovery in Singapore. Pick ups were not on time. Once picked up - average wait was at least 40 minutes before actual tour started. I booked a total of 5 tours. In 4 of the tours, we felt rushed the entire time. The worst guide was on the City tour with Botanical gardens. It was basically being dropped and you're on your own at each location with very little time - 7-12 minutes. With the Universal City tickets - I booked and paid for tickets with hotel pick-up and there was none. We had to get there and back ourselves.

From the time I found you on line, choose the tour, the detail of the itinerary, the payment, ....all went well. Tours themselves pretty satisfactory. Nice and patient tour guides. They picked us up at the hotel on time. That matters to me. I hate to be late, or late services.

We would recommend this service to anyone coming to Singapore. An easy way to see all the fantastic attractions and great value for money.

Brilliant from start of booking process until end of tour. Highly recommend
