I booked a tour to Costa Amalfitana and surroundings on April 6th, 2015 with City-discovery. Punctual pick-up and correct behaviour on the part of the guide. However,the promised guiding in English was just " this town is ... . We meet in half an hour". That was all we heard from Valeria, our guide. No explanation at all about the beautiful villages we had in front of us. Disappointing!.

Booked few times. A helicopter tour in NY, Disneyland Paris tickets, and a very fun sand ski and desert safari in Dubai The site itself worked great and the only time I had to reach their customer support (could not find voucher) I received immediate assistance. Would really recommend.

We went to Paris and of course wanted to see the Eiffel Tower. I heard that usually people wait for hours just to take the elevator there. Their Skip the line tour was awesome. Not only we didn't have to wait, but the guide was really knowledgable. We learned a lot about Paris. And the view is astonishing! Everything was flawless. Definitively worth it! I will buy again from them

Avoid don't give this company your money. Booked 2 places on the tall ships Sydney for news years eve. Then after many days they tell us they don't have the spaces but they took our money. Still fighting to get our money back every time you contact them it takes days of auto replays before they get back to you. Then they say having problems with their accounts department . This has caused so much stress it has ruined this years once in a lifetime trip and our New Years eve as its too late to get anything decent as they still have our money. It's not fair.

I booked an excursion with City Discovery prior to a recent holiday to Portugal.I provided my debit card details to pay for it but was informed that the trip could not be confirmed due to insufficient passenger numbers.I was offered the option to cancel,which I did.( My card had not been debited at this point).I received an e-mail confirming my wish to cancel.A couple of weeks later I was shocked to discover that my bank account had been debited.I requested an immediate refund,which took a few days,but the full amount I had paid(and also the bank charges involved)was not refunded.The company has left me short by £2.70,which is not a lot of money,but it is MY money,which I have lost through their mistake.City Discovery are refusing to refund me this amount.Therefore I am broadcasting the fact that the company gives lousy customer service.They have lost a loyal customer for the sake of £2.70 !!
