I wish I had checked on here before booking. I e-mailed the company a few days before my experience was about to take place enquiring as to where the tour ends as it didn't specify on my voucher. They responded saying that the tour isn't happening at all! If I hadn't have e-mailed in the first place I would have been left stranded in the middle of London waiting for no one. I urge you not to book through this joke of a company! Oh and please don't respond to this review City Discovery with your useless, generic message of how you're going to investigate the issue like you do for everyone else that complains about your shoddy service! You will only embarrass yourself further.

Please let us know your City Discovery reference number, it starts with the first four letters of your name followed by six numbers (ex. ABCD123456) or the lead travelers name on the request.
