Dear Yasoda Devabhaktuni, Thank you very much for your feedback, however, we checked our records and only found one booking confirmed with us under your name: YASO585113 Dolomites and Cortina Full Day Trip from Venice. We also received a good review from you regarding the guide: "Comments: Tje driver/tour guide is fantastic..." Perhaps you were referring to a different activity with another company? We have however noted your review of the vehicle used and have notified the local activity provider accordingly. Thank you for letting us know as this will help us improve our services in the future. We appreciate you doing business with us and we hope you will still consider us again when taking your trips in future! Best regards, City Discovery
