Terrible customer service! The only time they provide anything resembling service is at the beginning and until the moment where they receive their money. After that they ignore you completely regardless of calls, emails etc. I would rather get insured by the local pimp than this scam company!

Get better customer service. I called for a few questions. I left scratching my head. The lady was rude trying to get me off the phone and completely didn’t answer any of my questions. I needed to find out if my ss# was correct. Due to trying to register my account it says wrong information. It’s all on the app all on the website. I’m really thinking about canceling my dental before it even starts.

cigna medicare avantage plan does not pay my claims or denies my claims,,,and lot of my bills keep getting billed out of network when they are in network ,, did not pay my physical theropy claims making me pay over 140 dollars when i only have a 25 dollar copay ,, almost got turned into collections because of cigna medicare advantage, do not understand why any one would want this plan ,,,i started jan 1st 2024 ,, iam now going to changing my medicare plan ,, iam so frustated calling cigna medicare advantage customer service so so many times , not helping me at all

by far unarguably the worst company I have dealt with, picked a doctor from their list that is somehow not in the network so claim was denied. pre authorizations seem to be denied fairly quick as well, won't let me get a 90 prescription unless I use their mail order pharmacy then wont fill and ship the script until after I have run out. They seem to look out for their shareholders very well, people they cover not so much

ABSURD! What a joke that this country has the worst health providers in the world! I have a plan with them but can not give a review to the incompetent doctors they cover, who systematically milk the system. It's a never ending cycle that we (the people) pay for without getting anything in return. You literally have to go to 3-4 appointments before they allow you to reach the specialist you are trying to reach! You call their cs and nobody knows anything about anything!
