I made a reservation with another motel and found bad conditions at that facility. Left there and found Comfort Suites with a very nice facility. Though it was short notice at the time of the EAA convention Alyssa and Elizabeth has some days I needed. They worked with me and their manager to obtain the dates I didn’t have when a cancellation came in. Amazing customer service here!!!!! Many thanks Alyssa and Elizabeth for your help at Appleton WI.

Terrible customer service, im a big spender when it comes to choice i spend thousands because my company is on the tosd every night so sometimes we stay at hotels for a month or so I've for the most part had a great time dealing with choice but recently the customer service has declined. I'm having issues dealing with my points activity i call support only to be treated as if I'm trying to get free points I only want what I earned im in a hotel every night using choice and as a diamond member i have no one to go to if im wronged by a representative with a grudge because they don't want to do there job and most are nice but with the notes left on account by the previous representative they don't help. I've had points removed from my account manually I have no idea who's doing it but for the last month I've received 19000 points thats with a promotion and I've been in a hotel over 30 days now I've received my account and before my points were working fine but I had an issue with a Terrible customer service representative and my points have not been posted to my account I've waited the 72 hrs and still nothing I have stays that say I've stayed 2 nights but a zero points earned by it and I can't contact Noone I call the diamond line I believe im being deferred to a different department because its not the diamond line i remember i have rude representatives telling me there supervisors and I know more than them i need a full review into my account with a real department most departments are people working for customer support so how do u expect a grief to be respected this needs to change a higher up department needs to get involved member number mxm452315 phone number 832 687 3441 Marcus Markham

This is the most disgusting hotel I ever stayed at. The Roadway inn. In Galveston Texas, We paid 400.00 for 2 nights . Our bed was very damp. And our first room was just recently bombed for bed bugs and the bed was not made ,just a nasty dirty mattress and the first room stunk so bad. Second room No lock on our door, I had to program our TV and NO TELEPHONE!!! Our room looks like some one kicked in the hotel room door a few times. Very scary place for 400.00 for 2 nights. Then on the phone the customer service representative transferred my call to a guy trying get another 200.00 for a time share property after I repeatedly said I'm not interested and started asking personal questions and why I couldn't to commit to a situation like that. should have stayed at a rest stop. I gave them one star for having decent hot water. But we did get out of that rat hole didn't stay the full 2 nights and went to the DoubleTree and was was was wonderful. Sincerely Lynn blowers

For the most part the hotels I have stayed at are okay. Nothing fancy. The occasional hotel will be less than it should be. My gripe is about the over all company. Choice Hotels offers a "rewards" program. I call it a bait and switch scam. When I first joined years ago, you got a free stay for every so many stays. It started as a 1 pay then 1 free. Then it was 2 stays and 1 free. In time the program morphed into points. The points are worthless. When you try to use your points, you learn that you don't have enough for that hotel. The problem is that there is never, never, never enough points. If you tried to book a cardboard box under the bridge, you would learn that you don't have enough points. Feel free to use the hotels associated with Choice Hotels. Just understand that the "rewards program" is a joke and worthless. Just today I got an advertising email for a $50 gift card if I book a stay for 2 "qualifying" stays. In the email it referenced that I no longer have points. Since I quit using their service some time back, I must have lost the points because I didn't use them. Since the points are useless anyway it didn't matter. But it is annoying when they delete the points you were "rewarded" with. Since the company clearly doesn't care, I make sure that the hotel is not within the Choice Privileges umbrella. Meaning, I go out of my way to avoid giving business to any hotel that affiliates with Choice Privileges.

I'm happy with the hotel and hotel staff. I'm not happy with ChoiceHotels.com. I reserved a room online and was charged 8 times. After many, many, many emails and phone calls, I was finally told to contact my credit card company. I'm still submitting documents and filling out forms with the credit card company to get this resolved. Horrible customer service from choicehotels.com.

I guess I’m done with Choice. I can’t understand them. I gave them a credit card number for a reservation, she said the card didn’t work. I grew nervous have her a different card. She said that one they don’t accept. I hung up got on my bank and they had charged my card for the room. So if the card wasn’t accepted why did it go pending in my bank? I called the hotel where I made the reservation they had no record of one being made. Yet, my card was charged. I was on the phone with choice for over s 100 miles. Never got anyone to tell me what was going on. I’m done

would ABSOLUTELY give 0 stars if could!! THIS COMPANY SCAMS PEOPLE OUT OF MONE!! Their website for rewards customers, is NO REWARD! Set up to scam you out of money, make reservation following prompts to use points plus cash, at end of making reservation, it shows ALL POINTS, on their website. nothing about cash showing. called immediately..rep refused to give refund! told her redid reservation immedately after cancelling first one, thinking error on web, but did same thing. now card charged twice for 1 2 night stay!! WILL NEVER STAY with a choice hotel again!!! have contacted card holder, bbb, tripadvisor, and attorney to get this issue resolved! these people should not be getting away with scamming people like this! i have read other reviews of same issue with other people on sites!!! BEWARE OF CHOICEHOTELS ./WEBSITE!!! DO NOT BOOK USING THEIR WEBSITE AND IF THIS IS THEIR IDEA OF "CUSTOMER SERVICE" DO NOT STAY AT ANY OF THEIR ESTABLISHMENTS!!!!!!
