I am always happy with Choice Hotels resolutions aside from one time where Points.com messed me over, and so did Blue Green Vacations. Choice Hotels is solid otherwise. You cannot blame them for people connected to them doing you wrong. So i give them 4 stars for always helping me; i just wish they were not connected to some not so great other companies.

Met all my expectations, including location, price, cleanliness, friendliness of staff and safety. For a one night stay, the location was close to an event I was attending in lieu of paying close to double for another hotel. The room was clean and well kept, with no signs of wear or lack of attention. The front desk was helpful with any questions I had about my stay or the area. Lat but not least, I felt safe in the area where the hotel was located, not having to constantly keep an eye on my vehicle parked out front. All in all, I would stay again if I ever plan to visit the area again.

I'm a titanium elite member... If they discontinue the 50% off of points when purchasing!?? Il totally stop staying at choice hotel properties!!! But the app is always good, the hotels ( some gome) some not so great!! But WAY better than Wyndham!!! IV always been happy with my choice rewards & with how fast n easy it is to buy points at a great price and booking a room .

The manager Taylor at comfort inn at Vancouver mall was a super sweet and helpful lady. Karina was also A very helpful front desk lady. Helped me with a smile every time. Everything in my room was clean and organized. Very pleasant stay.

For the most part, glad with the service. Super convent app for traveling cross country on road trips makes reservations a breeze. There has been a couple hotels I’ve stayed at that really shouldn’t be on their roster, but for the most part, I’ve been satisfied with the “Choice”.

Despite the negative reviews I had read, I decided to reserve a room at the Clarion Inn Denver. Everything I had read was obviously incorrect. The staff is extremely nice, helpful & considerate. I have had no complaints so far, I have only had 1 negative issue & management went above & beyond to resolve it to my satisfaction. I especially enjoy dealing with the day shift that works the front desk. One of my favorite girls to deal with would have to be Yasmine, she is always smiling & makes you feel as if she genuinely cares about your happiness and comfort during your stay with them.

Room 131, Wenatchee, WA. Excellent customer service from inquiring about rooms, to curtesy calls asking when we will check in to check in. Every staff member including maintenance, housekeeping and breakfast server was very friendly. The only concern is our mattresses were not comfortable. We woke up with back aches. Maybe our room just need new mattresses.

For the most part, my husband and I have been happy with Choice Hotels. They offer good rooms for a very decent price. They also have several deals every year which allow us to get a free night occasionally
