Im a diamond member and i will not be supporting this chain anymore people go stay at Wyndham if u want to be treated like an actual person. Made me a reservation i supposed to be able to check in early not om stuck with spoiling food and no room til 3 and wont give my points back .and choice customer service didn't help ill never waste money with them AGAIN!!!!

The hotel at 588 Atlanta Blvd in Monterey Park charge my card before I even got to the hotel to check in. Had to wait until 5:20 to get a clean room on the day of check-in this is unacceptable will never return. I will report them due to credit card tampering, what they should have done was take off the one-day stay instead of trying to justify the wrongdoing. I have too many programs I am in to deal with the Choice Hotel brand, so if this is how they deal with their Diamond customers no thank you I take my business somewhere else.

Choice Hotels will not let you access their website if you use web protection. How ignorant, how many customers are they loosing

We stayed at 2480Bushwater Drive .ELGIN iLLINOIS I Are experience was a nightmare from Hell.. Second night there Fire Alarm went OFF at 9:30Pm then at 3:30am.. When I talked to front desk next morning they talked down to me like I was apiece of Crap... Front desk NO ONE was friendly what so ever .. talking to another Guest about Fire Alarm ..He said he saw Night Clerk smoking in hallway before first Alarm.. When you walked out any exit ,You could see cigarette butts linen all over the place.. parking lot full of Trash ... Most HORRIBLE I EVER STAYED... CHOICE HOTELS IS OFF MY LIST TO VISIT EVER ....

I would write this review just about Quality Inn except for the fact that I called the corporate office to notify them that I fell injuring my knees and left hand. I wanted to fill out an accident report just in case they were more that just bruised or sprained. The person at the desk said he did not have access to such forms and mind you an employee saw me fall. The corporate person was very apologetic til I mentioned where do I send the bills if I should have to see a doctor. Anyway I don’t believe there are any long lasting injuries but if they really cared about their guests don’t you think there should have been a follow up call. Thank you for listening to my rant.

Would do no stars but guess one will do they are rude and are not helpful at all waited 5 days for refund to be told to wait longer will never use this company ever screw them!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I are extended stay customers. We as many Americans are in a loop, and find ourselves still waiting on our taxes from last year. We are homeless. my husband has a good job in the steel business and I work remotely. Just so we clear up those judgments. After reading the other reviews I felt the burning desire to follow up with my own. Yes the building could be upgraded but how is that those that work here on them? Yes SOME of the staff are from all over the world and if you do not know their language then there will be a barrier, however this country was founded on just those people. A smile and your attitude is understood and IS universal. So be kind! This is Chicopee, a city so there will be humans up to what you consider no good, however focus on your journey and what they are doing will be of no consequence. Many events in the recent past have caused a ripple effect and this business as many other's are hurting for people to work, so at times the trash might get full. Personally I have watched staff here take all these things into account and have watched them try to correct each issue, as they are still doing... I had fresh towels, a full tummy as they serve brkfst, a good's night rest, hot shower and an ample amount of coffee, so I would say this trip was exactly what I paid for..... I am grateful for staff and management for making me FEEL welcome!

Made a reservation at Cleveland Ohio comfort inn. Was told there would be parking for truck with 20' trailer when making the reservation. There was NOWHERE to park so could not stay. They refused to cancel the reservation. Will never use Choice Hotels again!
