So I made a reservation in October for April, I received an e-mail stating that the hotel had been sold and is closed down and that they cannot cancel on my behalf. So I called to cancel and they won't refund my money. I don't understand this way of business. I guess I'm out 300$! Thanks! I will never use this hotel chain.

WoodSpring Suites 888 Arnold Commons Dr, Arnold, MO 63010 This hotel is managing by some 'HORRIBLE CHEATERS'. If you are attracted, seeing the 'low rate' , you will regret, when you will lose your money. If you complain about the hotels hundreds of different problems, they will take your money and then kick you out WITHOUT REFUND, This place is very UNHEALTHY [Room has 'BLACK MOLD', full of patients (not sure COVID patients or not), staffs don't wear masks, use no sanitizer etc.], UNCLEAN (no room service, no maintenance), UNSAFE (full of immigrant workers and your car can be broken). Here is my story – I stayed there for a couple of months. When I complained first time, to remove the 'BLACK MOLD', they took no action. Apart from that, I also complained about - 'HEATING' is not working, rainwater was coming inside the room, someone trying to break my car at night, they took no action, rather started threatening me. Finally, when I complained again about the BLACK MOLD, they kicked me out on 16th Nov, without REFUNDING the 10 days advanced payment (I paid for 28days, till 26th Nov). Also, they didn't refund 1st month's taxes (as per the state occupancy law if someone stayed more than one month, they need to return taxes). Now I need to go to the court to recover my money and need to file a complaint to MO-AG's office. So, if you go there to stay, instead of saving, you will waste more money and time, finally regret “why didn't I go to a better expensive hotel”.

Choice Hotels Corporate Report: (2nd Time Posting) Nothing but the truth stated here: As it stands today, I am so unhappy that I made a reservation with: "Choice Hotel" for the Comfort Inn and filled out their Choice Hotel Visa signature card that is serviced by Barclay Bank as well! I am thinking cancelling my reservation and go to another Motel (Marriott or the Holiday Inn) because of Choice Hotels and Barclay Bank. Sorry, that I requested a Choice Hotel VISA signature Card we do have many other Credit Cards. We have been with Choice Hotels since 2014 and we also get the same type of treatment on other reservations calls and now with their VISA signature card. We have a very high FICO score only to find out in my membership and my VISA Credit Card have been denied (rejected)! (My Debt -to- Asset’s ratio score: "4% Debt - 96% Assets)". Not the way to treat your customers. Also, they should stop advertising apply for your VISA Card. This Choice Hotel and the signature card is nothing but a BIG JOKE. You know the best type of advertising is the back porch! (One person says something bad about a firm to another person and they remember that and pass it on to someone else and add some more comments to the statements - soon then your firm starts start's getting less Stars or Points until you have no more). COMMENT: 1. Hotel Choice reservations is nothing but a BIG JOKE. 2. Also, you should stop advertising apply for our VISA Card. 3. We feel that your firm should either; Merge -or- Sell to someone else or close your business doors. Reservations Folks: 4. You should go to another reservation center to book your motel stays! I got suckered into Choice Privileges Hotels scam back in 2016 in NC, USA. Please - stay away! They over-promise and under-deliver consistently. Best to just go directly to whichever hotel you want and book directly or use something legit like bookingl.com

If you don’t mind having a tub with a stopper stay here. Who the hell says customers break them and we refuse to replace them.

This is more about the Choice Privileges program then about the hotel itself choice advertisers a program that they do not have the ability to enforce I checked into a room today and ask for a late check-out and you can see that the hotel is half empty and they refused the late check-out for a diamond member. This happens all most every time ."there are some Hotel members who appreciate the program and honor it but maybe only 5%" but this is one of the reasons that I have not used Choice over the last year or so unless I just have to. Choice advertises all of the benefits for their program and Diamond members and they will always tell you that it is up to the hotel so basically the hotels and choice benefits off advertising benefits that it has no ability to enforce and that its members have no intentions of honoring "kind of sounds like false advertising to me" as long as this continues choice will always stay number 4 in hotel rewards program and probably move down the price of the room as the price of the room and I understand that but don't falsely advertise and claim things to get people to stay more in your hotel chain when you have no intentions or the ability to enforce the program A used to be loyal Diamond member

***WARNING*** DOCUMENTED HEALTH HAZARD HIGH COVID RISK Because of hotel negligence, large amounts of black and brown mold along with cloudy slime covered every inch of me. Even worse, they made me pay for it. They refused a refund while fully knowledgeable that I paid for goods/services not received. Satan has better morals.

We booked a hotel with Priceline months in advance for the Formula 1 races in Austin, TX - We got the SleepInn in Round Rock, TX. We printed out all confirmation info. and had it on our phones & even received a "time to check in" reminder from Priceline! When we got to the hotel (Sleep Inn) day before the race we were told they had no reservation with for us and no rooms available(We had 2 rooms booked with them!!!) - We showed them the confirmation information and they would not accept it saying it was with Priceline. We called Priceline and they called the hotel - still would not honor reservation - after many hours on the phone back and forth with customer service Priceline was not able to find us another hotel room anywhere & we were in Austin for the races without a place to stay! Priceline refunded our money for the hotel - We had to spend hours calling hotels/motels ourselves and ended up staying in San Marcos, TX paying $394 per night/per room for a Holiday Inn! We were not compensated by Sleep Inn nor Priceline. ALWAYS BOOK HOTEL ROOMS DIRECTLY WITH THE HOTEL - AND CALL HOTEL TO CONFIRM BEFORE YOU LEAVE ON YOUR TRIP. DO NOT TRUST PRICELINE! - Bottom-line we found out is that hotels do not have to honor Priceline reservations!
