Rodeway Inn stay at your own risk Choice hotel is a horrible company they scam you out of your money by saying you booked it on the wrong day they would not alter my dates and said no refunds and no cancellations. They hung up on me after the fifth time I tried to speak to a manager and I was staying at the Rodeway Inn which the pictures are nothing like the rooms not only are the rooms disgusting but so is the owner who told me it was my problem because all of you customers try to get a better rate online duh? Who would not? I’m sorry but I work hard for my money and I don’t plan on just throwing it away especially to an owner of a disgusting motel who blames the customer for wanting to get an affordable clean quiet and up to date stay which was nothing I encountered. He starts sending the cleaning people around at 10:00 to make sure you are packed and on your way and if god forbid you wait til 10:30 to start moving around then they have the guy at the front desk call and tell you that if you are not checked out by 11 you will be charged another day. While I was here I saw the owner scam three people out of their deposit I didn’t get mine either because my smoking room smelled like smoke it was just another scam to get more money from the customer because the owner surely has to know that no one in their right mind will ever come back to his crappy motel which is also his home the owner leaves on the premises not that you would know that when there is a problem arise he could not even handle my problem at 2 in the afternoon because he told me what owner is at the property that time of the day he is he lives at the joke of a place as well as his dad who is constantly following the cleaning people around or sitting at the front desk watching the money drawer he puts a whole new meaning to the word creepy and if you want change for the coke machine the only one there is well as the owner told me “we are not a bank “ they do not give change and there is not change machine on site nor does their out of date coke machine take dollars so your out of luck if you want something coke to drink on the premises but if you decide to eat the “continental breakfast” don’t even bother they have had the same generic cereal with hot milk no coffee or juice cups or spoons for that matter so even if you wanted to take a trip to the hospital and eat the stale cereal with hot milk you can’t because there are no spoons it’s was the worst ever motel experience I have ever had and when I went to use the towels they were dirty with what looked like blood on them as well as all over the wall it’s disgusting I would have rated it no stars but it would not let me stay at your own risk literally

Went there for on sept 9 and 10. Service for the room was a no show, only set for no cleaning. No restrooms on the lobby. Everything about the place was not good. No toilet paper in bathroom. Coffee was empty and needed to wait for service. Vending machines were empty for snacks and water and pop.

Below is the complaint I sent to them and I seriously do not expect to get anywhere. DO NOT fall for this chain and their point system. The problem is not with employees. They have always been nice. It's the corporation. Shady, cheating lying greedy and deceptive. I plan to file complaint with BBB. This is the 2nd time I have been ripped off with your point system. The 1st time I lost 20000. My Reservation was for 2 nights. We were tired and decided to come home on the 11th. I was WELL within the cancel time by 2 hrs. Desk clerk confirmed. I call Cust Serv and they said I would get points back but no money, I have not even received points back. If I remember right, the fee was 12000 pts plus 70$ for one night. So I spent $12000 to save around $20 anyway?? Your points are apparently not worth much. I'm VERY unhappy with Choice. I feel I MUST review for people online & report this. The Motel was great. Your company, BAD.

Worst hotel chain of all. Hotels have been steadily going downhill. Rewards points are trivial and useless. I spent an entire month on the phone with customer service trying to convert points to an airline miles promotion and their site would not let me convert the points due to their own technical issues. I was assured they would work on it and get it done only to be pushed to the expiration of the promotion and told they could no longer give me the promotional value!! I spent three hours of my time talking to people who have no idea what they are doing and then offered 5000 points as a consolation. I asked them since my exchange of points would have been equal to $125 and their 5k would be less than $25 how they could possibly see this as an adequate compensation and they could only apologize and say they were sorry. I am sorry also that I have ever booked with them, put up with run down, bed bug ridden roach infested rooms only to be swindled and lied to. Done with Choice forever. I have rewards elsewhere and will spend my money on chains that appreciate the customer.

I have been a choice privilege member since 2017. I am staying at the quality inn for the past week and half. However t have not received my earned points.I called customer service and way told no one point are posting and they don’t know when they will. A whole week and half paid for room but don’t have any points. Customer service is rude. Is anyone else not seeing earn points?

We stayed at the Clarion in Nashua, NH. The room was good. The Breakfast was good the facility was clean. Anthony the front desk agent assisted in finding a hotel in Boston and he was able to get us a good rate. Doreen was also very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She made sure that the dining area was properly cleaned.

If I can give them a zero star I would. This is not a first choice hotel at all!! No customer service at all. We stayed at the comfort inn BWI and it lacked everything including comfort. There was only one towel and no phone. We requested a 3am wake up call for our flight and the clerk took the information but neglected to say they don't have a phone...we get back from the airport at noon and there was no shuttle service!!! Like how does hotel shuttle only run between 5am-10am and not again until 6pm?????!! In short stay somewhere else!

We just completed a Trip to Texas and used Choice Hotels for Our stay at the Quality Suites in Huntsville Texas. This Hotel was not as advertised. The Pool did not exist (was there but looked as if had not been used in years) Breakfast was gone by 7am and when we went to the dining area there was only 3 people there but the breakfast was gone. The room had taped on room numbers, air conditioner leaked in the room. When I did a review through Choice Hotels to date the only response I received was Quote "Dear Frank, Thank you for taking the time to complete our online survey regarding your recent stay at our hotel. Stay away from this Hotel and still on the fence on whether to use Choice Hotel Services.
