COCKROACHES!!! I recently stayed at this hotel location over the weekend and ended up finding dead cockroaches in my room. After questioning whether the fridge was plugged in (wasn't cold), I pulled the cabinet back to find multiple dead cockroaches on what looked to be an insect trap. As a matter of course, I was given another room to stay in but had to move all my stuff late into the night. Once I had the chance to talk with the manager (Teri), she did not seem surprised but my findings and explained how she believed this problem was caused by the Nashville waterfront. Choice Hotel claims its policy and mission statement is to provide clean rooms for all its guests. However, my findings of cockroaches are the one thing any hotel does not want its guests to experience. It was evident management knew of the infestation problem by setting up these traps in the first place. Regardless of the excuse provided by management, the insect traps should have been checked and replaced before the room was made available for guests. My room was located on the ground level, so it's not far off to say other rooms have similar characteristics. I am extremely disgusted with this hotel location and the way management handled my situation. This location should be shut down and reevaluated for cockroach infestation. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

I made a reservation for what was supposed to be a pet friendly hotel. Not even 15 mins after getting the details and noticed no pets aloud I immediately tried to cancel. They except me to cancel the reservation three days before I even made the reservation. Like I can time travel . I would never recommend this app . It just tried to rip me off now I have to cancel my card so I am not charged for this crap . Do not use this app. Priceline is better

If you are disabled and need handicap accommodations, do not choose a Choice Hotel. We booked a handicap accessible suite with a king bed and roll in shower. There was only one in the hotel and it was being renovated. No call to tell us prior to visit. Because no other rooms had the roll in shower my husband couldn't shower during our stay. He uses a mobility scooter (unable to walk) and the room they put us in was too small for him to maneuver easily. Literally no room to move around. We paid in points and Choice refused to refund all our points. We are diamond members and won't stay with them again.

My daughter and her 2 sons (2 & 3) were needing a room for one night. I called the hotel in advance to make arrangements to pay in advance. After receiving detailed instructions, I was told to go ahead and pay for the room from a staff member directly at hotel, although she was informed I was booking at choicehotels.com. She emailed a CC authorization while my daughter was already there waiting to check in. After I paid the “non-refundable” rate for the room, I got an email request from a different staff at the hotel requesting a $250 deposit. I didn’t have it! I had no way of paying the $250. When asking for the person I spoke with regarding the reservation I was told she left for the day (a ten minute exchange). The hotel informed me that it’s posted in the lobby, as well as on all third party websites about the $250 deposit. I’ve booked the same hotel at least 30 times within the past few years and was NEVER asked for a deposit. When I told her there was no way for me to come up with the $250 she apologized and said she can’t allow my daughter and grandkids to check in. She further said they WOULD NOT cancel and refund the money paid for the night even though she was not allowing us occupancy of the room! Initially I was told that they could not charge my card without the CC Authorization! They LIED! My card was processed and I NEVER submitted a signed CC Authorization! I can see if I paid in advance and never showed up! But I called in advance while my daughter was there, paid online and then they wouldn’t allow her access but won’t refund the money KNOWING this all took place within 10 minutes! Me and my family will leave choicehotels for making me feel like my kids were left out in the street. I begged them for a refund knowing that even if they did I could not use the money for another room because the transaction would be pending.

They are people who lie take your money n promise things that they never will do

I have been an elite diamond and a loyal customers for almost a decade. They removed by ability to post reviews on their hotels for no reason 5 years ago. I just realized that they do not really care about their loyal customers, look somewhere else before you work hard reaching your elite status, it is not worth it.

We stayed at the clarion inn Orlando fl. We had 3 rooms. Our room had chirping fire alarm. We called front office & was told that maintenance not there & couldn’t do anything about it. We asked for batteries but told office didn’t have any. We reported 2nd time & still nothing done. For two days we had to listen to fire alarm chirp every few seconds. Unable to detach it from the wall. Also, remote didn’t work & never given another one. Our 2nd room had money written on bathroom wall & roaches! My sister in laws room had non working lamp. Office gave her light bulb but lamp still didn’t work. Also security bar taped over with heavy tape. Her remote didn’t work either. Nothing done, again! Worse experience ever!! Do not stay here!!!!

Warum bestiehlt ihr Kunden die nicht wollen daß ihr Personalausweis auf einem Computer ohne Sicherheitsmaßnahmen gespeichert wird und behandelt diese wie en letzten Dreck?
