Jesus the reviews are ridiculous! The hotel condition is not bad it’s just that firstly, people have to be living on first floor here. We arrived nobody there but we’re given a second floor room. No elevator. Processed smell throughout hotel. About 3:00am were awoken by truck with loud exhaust. Guy was in truck for 30 minutes then left but returned around 4am. Someone living there making a drug run? Remember this is rock hill. Breakfast was all processed food. Waffle machine CLOGGED but front desk fixed and waffle was gross tasting. Took a prepackaged breakfast sandwich that was expired 2014. See photo. It smelled and tasted like body odor. Beds and rooms not bad but I would never stay here again

here is a letter I wrote. the out come was the manager spoke to the guy at the desk (Lee) and he said he was just having a bad day. I have video and pictures from the managers office the next day when we talked to verify everything that happened. nothing has been done and no one has offered me anything and the employee has not been terminated.. nothing.. so here's my story... If i had to give a star it would only be a quarter of one star. complaint number 11049066 filed with choice hotels. good morning, HELP!! I have a serious complaint that I have filed with choice hotels that needs to be resolved ASAP! Last night I arrived at about 12:15 am and tried to get into the front door. I tried to open the door and then I saw there was a note that said "go to the north or south side of the building". I assumed this was around the side. (( I am beside myself why we can not use the front door for our own security.)) I walked around the building to enter, used my key to enter. I approached the front desk and said "hello" and a man came from the back. I asked for towels ( since we gave our towels away in the morning )) The man gave me the towels and I asked him why we had to walk around the building.. he answered and i am quoting and I'm very specific... " its none of your fxxxxxx business " My girlfriend and I were so taken back that I turned around and walked towards the elevator. Once I entered the elevator I returned to the front desk and said "excuse me sir" I was just asking why the door was locked and why did you say that to me.. he replied and I quote " you think your some kind of privileged white person- if you don't like it get the fxxx out" I said "what?" he replied "get the fuxx out" I then walked to the elevator and called your customer support. I own several businesses and I have never been treated like that before. I want someone to call me back this morning. My number is xxxxxxx I am nervous about staying in my room. I don't know what to do. I know there needs to be a termination of this employee. This can not be tolerated. Please look at the video of this so it does not get swept under the rug. We were staying here for a week but I am worried about my safety and my property, this man works the late shift and I do not want anything to happen. PLEASE PLEASE CALL ME AT xxxxxxxx I will also go to the front desk in the morning and ask for the owners' number. the formal complaint number with choice hotels is 11049066 since i spoke with the manager the next day and to this day nothing has been done other than the employee "Lee" had a bad day. Choice hotels needs to be notified of this problem. It seems no one cares.

Choice hotels promised $50 gift cards as a summer promotion if you stayed two separate times in their time frame, which I did. That was in July. Mid October, Still no gift cards. They pass you off from person to person and keep telling you to check back every 72 hours. It’s a con game run by very unscrupulous people.

I would give less than one star if it was an option for these cheap scammers. They advertise a price all the way to check out the redirect you to the membership page. When you get back to online check out the price increases.

Poorly maintained facility. Workers smoking outside. Front desk was no help in trying to cancel reservation. More of a flop house in a dngerous area.

Room 100 at Quality Inn Carrollton, IN should never be rented to anyone. The tub was painted and is flaking off. The handrail in tub is rusty and hanging loose. The tub and toilet appears to be concrete applied with a spatula. AC is torn apart and doesn’t work. Carpet has holes throughout. Bathroom is filthy. Bed spreads had cigarette burns. You won't believe the photos! Choice Hotels didn’t care to let me post a review.

rm 122 shower does not work at eastman ga quality inn paid 215.00 for 2 nights . would like some kind of compansation for this.
