Clearly only bots are giving them good reviews. Because they are terrible in every sense. Also check the Reddit post “I’m a vet and here’s why I hate chewy” From my own experience several times my package smelled so bad from cigarette smoke. This happened multiple times. I tried cleaning the toys the second time and spent an hour scrubbing the toys with fabric. If u have to hot box ur car with nasty cigs don’t do it with dog treats and toys that my dog is supposed to be CHEWING on. Gross. Read the link I posted. Very well said

Don’t EVER buy from chewy the site is such a joke! Got my dog a new shock collar it stopped working after 2 months they said to send it back and the would send a new one, so we sent it back and months go by never got a new one in the mail when I called to see about a replacement they said they didn’t receive anything and didn’t have any record of me requesting a replacement so now I don’t get my money back or his collar. Very pregnant mom who was relying on a replacement when I can’t afford another one. Thanks chewy for terrible service

Overall good experience. Customer service is very good. However, for people really watching their pennies, BE AWARE THAT THEIR PRICES PER OUNCE/PER POUND ARE MISLEADING. Their prices per ounce/per pound are APPROXIMATE, not exact. For example, if a single product item is listed at 16 cents per ounce, and you see that a bundle of two or three count of that item is listed as 15 cents per ounce, please know that the total bundle price is not calculated at 15 cents per ounce. You are getting the overall bundle price listed at the top of the price listing, and that bundle price is not cheaper than the individual item price. CHEWY CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMITTED TO ME THAT THE PER OUNCE/PER POUND PRICES ARE APPROXIMATE.

Chewy is the best provider for all things pet related. I had an issue with some flea collars for our three cats. I did not request anything, just wanted Chewy to know I was not happy with them. Chewy immediately issued a refund with a very nice note apologizing for the items. Customer service goes above and beyond to make sure we are always pleased with products .

Placed an order online, FEDEX pulled in my driveway but did not deliver. I contacted Chewy support online and had to go thru every verification process even when I gave them the order number. Person on other end took forever and continued to ask for everything except why my package was not delivered. This company is like so many more, NO CUSTOMER RELATIONS

I recently contacted Chewy to stop my auto ship because my dog passed away. A few days later I received a condolence gift. It was very thoughtful of them to do this. They truly understand that our pets are part of our family.

Absolutely awful experience shopping with Chewy. I placed an order for frozen food which was never shipped. I called every day for an update, and while customer service were always friendly, they could do absolutely nothing to investigate or help. I was advised every day that it would be shipped that day. I escalated to a manager after 5 days and she claimed that my order was stuck and that she would create a replacement order. The next day there was no confirmation, and customer service could find no record of this replacement. I cancelled the order and will not use them again based on this awful experience. Also the line would drop on ~50% of my calls which is terribly frustrating.
