I ordered my dogs prescription from Chew and clicked by mistake the incorrect dosage. I received an email from Chewy to call, and we were able to clear up the issue and money. So the representative tells me everything is okay. I wait and now my dog is waiting on her medication. Chewy forgot to put the prescription with the new order and I am still waiting for the medication.

I have to take a moment to sing high praises to one of the most generous, thoughtful, and humble companies I’ve ever dealt with. While watching the inauguration today, I heard a knock on my back door. At first, I was startled because no one ever goes to that door, but as I got closer, I saw a large bouquet of flowers. I have been receiving thoughtful gifts all throughout the week from various friends because of the loss of my sweet Buddy, but I was really curious who these were from. I opened up the card, and I instantly started to cry. The beautiful bouquet pictured is from Chewy. To provide a little backstory and to also add to their acts of generosity, when Buddy started to decline, I ordered a dog door from them. I wanted to install it because I had to get up every hour on the hour throughout the night to let Buddy out. However, before I could get it installed, I had to put him down. So, I reached out to Chewy to ask them if they could return the door and make the return process as painless as possible as I go through this difficult time. Never in a million years would I have expected what they did next. A couple days later, I received a full refund of the door, which was expensive, and they did not ask me to return it. Then, these flowers came today. I cannot say enough to thank Chewy for these acts of kindness while I go through the loss of my fur-baby. If you do not buy from this company, I strongly encourage you to start. They truly take care of their own and have a heart of gold. Top-notch customer care!

I love chewy because their packages are always delivered in a timely manner which makes it very convenient during this pandemic. I have only had one time an item was damaged on delivery. The staff took immediate steps to resend the product and also gave me 10% off my next order! Thank you Chewy my fur babies and I rely on you.

Customer service like this does not exist ANYWHERE else!! I live in Illinois but winter in Florida. Went online to order stuff for my Newfie while in Florida. When I got the order confirmation I realized I had failed to change the ship to address from Illinois. Called right away and got Aja as my rep. She immediately went to work on rerouting as package was being packed. She told me that if her efforts did not work to have a neighbor in Illinois pick it up and donate it. They would ship another to my Florida address. The pkg arrived in Illinois. I emailed and within two days received the new pkg in Florida at no charge! Friendliest most helpful customer service I have had in ages. No more Walmart for pet supplies.

Came to the facility and no one will help you. The night supervisor looked me right in the face and walked away. The yard jockey came and gave me the information I needed. If you treat people this way, how do you treat your furry family. Total surprise people can be so rude.

I recently received an autoshipment from Chewy with food and treats. My dog was recently diagnosed with a condition that requires her to be on prescription food and medications. I called Chewy, got a very friendly, live person quickly who refunded my money and told me to donate the food or give it to a friend! I'm so impressed with this kind of customer sevice!!! I wish I could still order food from them, but I will continue to order all my other doggie needs for my big girl from them! My local shelter was happy to get the food! Thank you, Chewy!!

We adopted a small dog from the shelter that had many health issues. I always counted on Chewy for his prescription dog food and treats, bath supplies and great dog toys. Never had any issues in our years with Chewy. Always got my orders promptly and extremely satisfied. Our precious Sparky passed on two weeks ago. I contacted Chewy as I was getting reminders etc. To my surprise I receive a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Isabel at Chewy.com. I was overcome with emotions. Thank you Isabel from Chewy.com for caring about Sparky. I can not say enough about how helpful Chewy had been. Thank you so much.

Just got off the phone with the customer service department, and they are correcting a shipping mistake at their cost. Amazing! This is a superior company. I ALWAYS have the very best experience with Chewy, and their customer service department is consistently friendly, helpful and just plain wonderful! Thanks Chewy!!
