Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

I love Chewy!! I've been a new customer since Dec and sheessh, they've amazed me! I put in an order and a few hours later it's already being shipped! My last purchase I got my order the next day! I've ordered dog treats, beds, toys and they all were great quality. My puppy is super spoiled and he loves it!! Will be ordering again going forward! Highly recommend!

We have made several purchases now for our cat and dogs from Chewy.com and have experienced no problems at all. Easy to use web site. Very pleasant communications. We'll continue being Chewy customers. :)

My family lost our canine Ellie Mae this week. This has been so difficult but I want to give a special thank you to Chewy for the care and compassion they have shown to my family this week. What a top of the line company and so generous. I will definitely be promoting this company forever. Thank you, the Riddle family from Erwin, N.C.

I always found Chewy customer service outstanding, but things have changed. The past few deliveries have not been well packed, and as a result, items were usable but boxes were damaged. This order arrived with zero packing material, and as a result, one of the boxes was quite smashed. The product inside had not been damaged (air-sensitive probiotics), but it was close. When I called, the rep was completely unresponsive, and although he said he would talk to the packing department, I was not reassured. If it happens again, I will definitely ask for my money back.

I cannot say enough about Chewy. They were extremely supportive when my dog passed away (canceling my reoccurring order) and they even sent flowers. They had me donate an order to a shelter when I accidentally received two, instead of sending it back. They ALWAYS respond super quickly and are quick to fix anything. They are truly a good company. Their products are like any store, do your research, read reviews and you'll be satisfied. Their prices are beyond fair and i will not go anywhere else for my fur babes.

I'm not a big review person but I had my 10th positive review with Chewy customer service so I feel like I should share. Chewy has been amazing both in allowing me to get high-quality items for my pet at an affordable price, and in their support in the purchasing and sometimes returning of those products. Most importantly (to me) they valued my pet. When Potato sadly passed they were lovely as I broke down on the phone trying to cancel an order, and as if that wasn't enough, they sent flowers the next day with an incredibly thoughtful note. I am loyal to very few companies but Chewy will forever be one.

This company and their pharmacy are top notch! Customer service personified. They have been very responsive to my pets medication needs. They ALWAYS quickly respond and in a very pawsitive upbeat manner. They’ve even refunded me a portion when the prescription was very late in arriving. That was around the holidays, everything was running late! Yet still…

I have ordered through chewy.com for several months and had no problems until I woke up to my bank account being overdrawn by 450 dollars. I immediately went to my account and found that they were sending me a ridiculous amount of dog and cat food through autoship that I DID NOT order. I had the option to cancel the order so I pushed the cancel button. I checked after and they did not cancel anything. So I called chewy and spoke to a representative. She was only able to cancel one of the 2 shipments which was a medication that I normally get, but it wasn't due to ship until February 4, They had already shipped bulk of the order from the warehouse after I had cancelled the fraudulent order online. Now they can't refund me my money right away and I am severely overdrawn in my bank account until the shipment comes back to them and then it's 3 to 5 days for me to be refunded on my bank account. I made a formal complaint. Watch out for glitches on their website. This is straight up fraud. Now I have no money and can't put food on the table. Thanks to Chewy I am screwed. The one positive is that the manager said "I'm sorry" several times and they will refund my overdraft fees if I send them a screenshot... SMH
