If you've ever had a pet who needed monthly prescriptions I highly recommend Chewy.com. It's easy to set-up your prescription account with a little help from your vet and you're good to go! Oh... and did I mention the cost, For us our prescription cost was cut in half!

The customer service at Chewy.com is so compassionate. I reached Patricia A. online today to inform that we purchased 3 different harnesses for our sick dog because we did not know which one would work the best for us and for her. She unfortunately passed away and Patricia not only quickly credited back the returned amount to my account but told me that I did not have to return the items at all and can simply just donate them to our local dog shelter. She even offered her condolences and if we simply just needed someone to talk to re: our grief, she would be available to do so. Because of this, we have and will continue to do business with Chewy for any of our pet needs.

I ordered 4 days ago. Received package in perfect shape. The Eyelash bed is fat, fluffy, delightfully soft and my little dachshund LOVES this bed. Miss Greta can age more comfortably now and with Chewy, there was ABSOLUTELY NO DISAPPOINTMENT. Thank you so much for such a nice product & reasonable price. We are so tickled!! I love Chewy...I had a coupon but it was only applicable to first time orders, I called customer service and they still gave me 15% off!! (Less than the coupon but still something instead of nothing). I also returned some dog food since I was changing brands when the food already arrived and they refunded me and even gave me a free shipping waiver to order new food!!

I recently order medicine from chewy.com for my kitten. Unfortunately before the medicine could arrive my kitten passed away. The rep was so nice and caring, not only did chewy refund my order but they waved the delivery fee for the product that I still had that was going to be delivered. Two days later I received flower from chewy with condolences about my kitten. This company can teach a thing or two about customer services to or their company

I ordered something for my pet but it was canceled. A year later the same order tried to debit card. I received notice for three days straight of card declined. Of course chewy.com said they would fix the problem. Wrong. Poor customer service, online isn't always worth the regret of sharing personal information. I rather drive to a location and receive self service than chewy.com poor service.

Attempted to buy a 15lb bag of Hills Science Diet dog food. Freaked at checkout when it would be 49ish dollars with tax and shipping. Was able to order from Petco for 38ish. Will definitely do my homework before ordering from Chewy.
