Chewy has always been great about getting my items out to me. This week my pet passed away. Not only did they refund my latest specialty food purchase of approximately $100, they advised that I donate the food (which I did). To top it off they sent flowers with a personalized note. I was really touched and impressed.

A long overdue review: Our family loves Chewy - they have everything that we need and they stand by their products. When our last pooch passed away, we sent an email to cancel our autoship and to ask if we could return an unopened bag of dog food. They told us to give the bag to our local shelter, which was certainly kind. But when we got a condolence card in the mail, it cemented our belief that Chewy is pretty much the nicest large-scale online retailer that we've ever dealt with.

Ordered heart guard for my pet. Package came damaged and tampered with. When I spoke with chewy they wouldn’t give me a new order until old package was returned.I obviously was going to return damaged and tampered with package and wouldn’t never give my pet anything I didn’t trust. My dog was due to take her heart guard in 5 days. With their weird return process she would be late to take her meds. Had to go to vet to purchase my monthly supply instead. Would not buy again. Didn’t seem to care that my dog was not gonna get her medicine on time and we’re more focused on the money.

My first few months trading with Chewy was good. Lately I noticed some of my “in stock” orders were taking way too long to arrive. Then they started leaving my packages alongside my street where anyone could take them. (All other companies deliver to my door) Now recently Chewy has thrown in with the bigots and cancel culture garbage.

Bad company. I made a purchase they stayed 10 days to send, when they sent it and it was already in my city, they returned with the goods. I was waiting because I needed food for my cat. They did not deliver and stayed 19 days with my money. A slapstick

Used to like chewy but they started manipulating their way out of paying for shipping for "anything over 49$..." Now they want to play "cancel culture?!" If chewy wants to do that then bu-bye! I just ordered from Petco!!

Thought I liked chewy until I talked with customer service (Ava) who was more happy with cancelling my subscription than actually helping me when chewy shipped my order 3 times to the wrong address even after talking to customer service. Good job Ava! You really satisfied a once happy chewy customer to a never again customer.

Chewy has excellent customer service. Their representatives are always so friendly and helpful. The autoship program makes shopping for pets so easy. Most of their prices are similar or less than competitors. I also love the holiday cards. I only wish they sold the food I use for one of my dogs - Gold Large Breed Adult Formula Dry Dog Food FROMM.
