Whenever I need products for my pets I purchase from Chewy. I love all the great options they have especially in the toy department. As far as I'm concerned the customer service is the best. A company that tells you to donate whatever it was your not happy with I consider beautifully charitable. Also you receive your order super fast. The best!

Lately they are very unreliable! I have a cat that needs specific foods and always order from Chewy lately they say there was a delivery attempt and my food does not arrive! They also cannot cancel my order or refund me so I have to wait until the food I don’t need now because I had to go and buy the food. Not ordering again! I would rather work with Amazon

My sweet boy passed away in March of 2020, we had all of his prescriptions through Chewy. I had to make the awful call of cancelling them and received condolence flowers within 48 hours, since then we have continued to use Chewy for our sweet girl for her food, with ZERO problems. It auto ships on time every month so we never run out. As of today it has been 1 year and a few weeks since he passed and today I received a card and a hand painted canvas of him.

Not only are Chewy's prices usually lower than others, Chewy has the best customer service I've ever had to deal with. I highly recommend them.

My cat passed away a few weeks ago. And chewy went above and beyond to help me. They also sent me flowers. I highly recommend this company

I have been using Chewy auto fill for my two dogs heartworm meds. Unfortunately one of the dogs recently passed so I had to call Chewy to stop the meds for that particular dog. The woman on the phone was very sympathetic and handled every thing. Two days later my wife received flowers and a sympathy card from Chewy..Very Classy Company!!!!

Great place to buy pet products. Prices are similar to Amazon, as much variety as Amazon but the exact items are somewhat different. Fast shipping. Great handling for prescriptions, which I don't think Amazon even has. Chewy occasionally sends out gifts, like paintings of pets and birthday cards. Only issue I've seen is that the Q&A section isn't useful. The official answers written by Chewy are surprisingly useless. I once asked what type of light bulb I would need to buy for a particular heat lamp. Chewy's response was that the lamp didn't come with a bulb.

3 times I tried to order prescription dog from the website. A prescription is required for this food. The prescription is on file as my last purchase of this dog food was made in February. The first customer representative locked me out of my account. The second representative told me to wait 2 hours and then try again. That didn't work. The third representative just plain didn't care about any of it. After all of this, its easier for me to drive an hour to my vets office, pay more and get it that way. They really need to improve their website function and their customer service.
