I wish I could give 0 stars, within the last year I have had nothing but headaches from this company. So unreliable, I have to reorder meds weeks before I am out and I still don’t receive them on time or at all. The last time after my dog was out for a week of meds and they still wouldn’t fill it, I went to 1800petmeds, they filled it immediately and overnight shipped it for me with no extra costs. That’s where I should have gone again this time. My dog now is out of meds again, I should have them but this company can’t find a prescription, vet gave me one and they won’t accept it don’t know how I got it, (from my vet duh), like I stole it. It’s bladder meds for dogs, why would I forge a prescription for that. Do better, no one order from here. The small amount more a different company is, in the end is worth it. Don’t take the headache from this joke of a company.

If I could put ten stars I would. Gosh if every company was like Chewy life would be great!

Horrible costumer service. Never do business with them

Chewy is the best hands down. Free shipping and fast delivery are great, but the real differentiator is top notch customer service. That team does not rest until the issue is resolved. Bonus points: they are great communicators, too! I wish all online customer support was this calibre

I ordered 2 bags of litter and a bag of dog food. I noticed that the dog food never shipped after about 3 weeks and called Chewy to find out what was going on with my order just to be told by customer service, “Oh we forgot to send your dog food.” which they already charged me for. I have since called my authorship orders and will be ordering from Petco moving forward.

An item I ordered was supposed to be delivered by FedEx. Even though FedEx "confirmed delivery" I never received the package, nor was it left with any neighbors. Chewy was quick to reply (within a few hours via email) and send a replacement the next day. Excellent service!!

Don’t order prescriptions here . One week I call to see if my written prescription had arrived at their pharmacy. I was told it had arrived and my order would be shipped in 2-5 business days. After a week of waiting for it to arrive, I called again only to be told they did not receive my prescription, or maybe they might have misplaced it. So I have no prescription and no medication for my dog. Back to my vet I’ll go. Much safer and faster.

We started dealng with Chewy a few months ago. Just within the past week, we needed to put our Spike to sleep, our cat of 20yrs. Chewy was FANTASTIC in their compassion and support. I never expected this. Also, they have been reliable and supportive with food products, customer service, and dealing with my pets' meds. We are a Chewy customer for life!
