Our cat was diagnosed with small cell lymphoma. Our vet prescribed 3 medications plus 3 additional medications, if side effects occurred (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea). Chewy was the least expensive source for 4 items, and the other 2 items they did not carry (had to be formulated at a compounding pharmacy). As soon as the order was placed, Chewy faxed, then called (twice!) our vet to get the prescription. They were very dedicated to getting the Rx as quickly as possible. The folks who took the order by phone were very knowledgeable and consulted with the pharmacist when they didn't have the answer. They were courteous, compassionate, personable and efficient. We received the medications a few days later, as promised. Our cat is doing well. Couldn't ask for better service or better prices.

I had placed a med order for one of my rescued dogs when she tragically suffered a catastrophic event that led her to being paralyzed. We has to put her to sleep. Chewy had contacted my vet who gave them the news and then Chewy called me to cancel my order. They were so sweet on the phone and took care of everything related to the order. The next day I received a beautiful bouquet from them expressing their sympathy for our loss. What an awesome group of people. We'll never go anywhere else.

What a class act! We had to say goodbye to our beloved Johnny Ringo, a Chuiuhaua Terrier mix. I inquired if I could return an unopenned bag of dry food. They said they would refund the money and please donate the food to a shelter or animal hospital! We are overwhelmed by their kindness. What a class act! We will purchase from Chewy in the future for our next pup!

Chewy is a wonderful company. They are extremely accommodating and always answer within a short timeframe. I had ordered a crate for my new puppy, but unfortunately it seems that it will be too large for him. I asked to return this to Chewy and they refunded my card. They then proceeded to tell me to donate the crate instead of returning it. Wonderful company. So glad someone finally cares about pets.

This is an amazing company . Their customer service is above and beyond . I would not use another company for my pets needs .

A friend of mine’s dog had passed and she called to cancel her subscription. She said the customer service woman was so kind and listened so sympathetically to her grief. She received a sympathy card in the mail shortly afterwards. My daughter won a monthly subscription and her dogs loved it and would surround her in anticipation every time the Chewy package was delivered.

This company is a class act. My daughter and I recently lost our pet cat, Prince, and had to cancel the delivery service. The representative, Amber, stayed on the phone and commiserated with me about our loss, offering sympathy and support. It was much appreciated. Imagine my surprise when a few days later we received flowers and a note further expressing sympathy at our loss. It was much appreciated. When the time is right, we may rescue another cat and will definitely resume our service with Chewy. Thank you, Amber.
