I have used Chewy both regularly and sporadically over the last 11 years. Their customer service is beyond exceptional. Any time I have ever had an issue, they corrected it immediately and have always been more than fair about compensating me for any issues. This is my go-to supplier whenever I need anything dog-related. Updated: 1/21/23 Two years after my original review and I still have nothing but wonderful things to say about the customer service at this company. A few months back, I ordered a bunch of expensive toys that were supposed to be "tough." Well, less than an hour out of the box, they were destroyed. No questions asked they gave me a refund. Yesterday a bag of dog food had a slice in it, and they're sending another. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Chewy has helped us keep our old dog for 13 years. We had to say goodbye last week. Today, I received a small bouquet of flowers from them. That really touched my heart. Thank you so much. I've been using Chewy for years now and never had a problem until today. I ordered a case of canned food for my senior dog who had to have 19 teeth pulled and they said it would arrive on September 27th. It is now September 29th and no food, so I checked and now it says no estimated delivery date. Needless to say, I had to rush to petsmart to get the food which I obviously already paid Chewy for. They are clearly not a reliable company.

I really can't recommend this site enough. Their customer service is FANTASTIC. I've called them on 3 separate occasions and each time they were AMAZING. 1. I suspected a bag of food I got was bad. (Not on Chewy, bag looked fine). Chewy didn't question other possibilities and just sent me a new one. 2. My cat didn't like her new bed even after 2 weeks. I'd tossed the box. They refunded the money and simply asked I donate the bed instead of trying to ship it back. Even offered free shipping on a replacement. 3. There was a delivery delay and my food didn't arrive as scheduled before my old ran out. They credited me some money back to buy something to hold her over until the box arrived. That sort of customer service is why, whenever I need something for my furbabies, I always check there first and why recommend it to all my friends and coworkers.

Wanted everyone to know just how wonderful Chewy is!! My friend recently lost her German Shepherd. Chewy told her to just donate the unopened bag of dog food but besides that....SENT HER A CONDOLENCE CARD AND 1 DOZEN WHITE ROSES!!!!!!!!! I order from Chewy too and they are great!!!!!

Lola LOVES the temptation treats so much. When she gets stuck under the bed it's what motivates her to get out!! I even made a YouTube video for her "Miss Lola stuck under the bed" :-) Love chewy too, saves me the hassle of going to the store.
