Every single shipment has been late recently. Their site says 2-3 days delivery, lately it has been 2-3 weeks for multiple orders. Most of the blame is on the carrier (fedex) they use. But I see the orders aren't even handed to fedex until at least 3 days later.

I have been a customer of Chewy for a while now. I have honestly had NOTHING but a wonderful experience with this company so far. The shipping is fast. No one wants to wait for things their pet needs and Chewy understands that perfectly! I have never been so impressed with any company or service before. There are people behind the scenes that genuinely care about our pets. I received a very sweet hand painted canvas of my 17 year old cat today. She is very dear to me and to have a painting of her made me very emotional and appreciative. She won't be with me forever, and now I have something wonderful to remember her by. What a wonderful personal gesture. Other companies should take notes from Chewy! Thank you guys so very much, you have my business and that of anyone I can tell my story to.

Our rat furbaby passed away last year and Chewy.com had a sympathy card and flowers delivered, they were very beautiful! This year, my Mommy's Chihuahua furbaby passed away and they sent her a sympathy card and a beautiful bouquet. They are always prompt with delivery, have great products and stand behind what they send. They care very deeply about their customers and all furbabies! They are an absolutely wonderful company and our entire family, highly recommends them for almost all of your furbaby's needs, no matter what kind of furbaby you have in the family 🥰❤😻

I ordered heart medication for my dog 9 days ago. I understand that they need time to call the vet and get the prescription verified, but it was 5 days before the order was filled and 6 before they shipped it. The expected delivery date was given for 2 days ago, but it still hasn't shown up. This isn't just vitamins, my dog relies on these pills to be comfortable with his heart murmur. I understand being backlogged and short staffed, but please be honest with your customers so they can make other plans when their shipments do not come in at a reasonable time.

Chewy.com just sent me flowers because my pet passed away! This is one classy company. They also refunded me on her unopened perscriptions. WOW! very sincere.....

I no longer use Chewy because of their inconsistent shipping times. I was using "subscribe and save" to deliver dog food on a regular schedule. Out of a total of 11 orders I didn't receive 2 of the orders and had to get refunds. That's 18% of my orders unfulfilled. The shipments had labels created but they were never given to Fedex and sat on the chewy loading dock while my dogs were anxiously awaiting the arrival of their food. The food choices are enormous at chewy, but shipping for me was unreliable.

What a bunch of extreme reviews. Some people claiming not to get their food on time or the wrong food. Others saying they always get the food they order within 2 days. What's going on here? I live in a rural area, and I've had to drive 3 hours out of my way to get food 3 times now because Chewy/FedEx has said it would be here in a couple of days, and it doesn't arrive for 5-6 days. Tracking reads a particular day (e.g., Sunday) for 48 hours and then on the third day it says "Not known when item will be delivered--pending." So you don't have food for your dog at the last minute. I've spent hundreds of dollars on this site, but am finished for good at this point. Customer service was rude. I wasn't being rude, just explaining the situation, and she actually laughed when I explained the problem and said that you generally receive some kind of apology from a company when this happens again and again. It was clear she could care less. Her response? "Yeah, I have the same problem with my orders." Then, she blames FedEx, even though I frequently order from Wayfair, Overstock, Amazon and other sites and NEVER have this problem with FedEx.

I bought a doggie staircase from Chewy to help get my dog on my bed. But my dog couldn't figure it out and he didn't use it. I contacted Chewy to get the address for my return, expecting the usual hassle of shipping it back. Instead, Chewy credited my credit card account immediately and emailed me to give the staircase to a dog in need! Now I will buy all my doggie supplies from Chewy.
