We have been a customer for a few years now and not once has Chewy disappointed us. Anytime we had any kind of issue they have made it right with no hesitation. I can't say enough about the outstanding company they are and we will continue to use them for years to come.

I really appreciate and like chewy.com. The same products are cheaper than Amazon. They don't send tons of emails, don't split your order up to charge more for shipping and tax. They ship very fast. And they sent the cutest birthday card to my cat! You can't beat that. I'll continue to keep shopping on chewy for all of my pets needs.

I have personally had nothing but 5 star experiences with Chewy. Their prices are great, shipping is super fast, and the customer service has been 100% awesome. I had one little issue with getting my dogs prescription over to them from the vet but they resolved it and followed up when most companies wouldn't have, just to make sure everything was good. Very impressed!

Chewy is a great company. We had to put our sweet dog, Bear, down a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, it was very sudden and we thought out buddy was supposed to be with us for a while longer. That was not in the cards though. We had just ordered a brand new bottle of pills for Bear and it was incredibly depressing to look at them. I wanted to send them back so some pup could use them and not waste them by just tossing them out (also, I never know how we are supposed to dispose of medications??). Chewy not only accepted them but gave us a full refund when I told them the story. They also sent us flowers, which was such a remarkably kind gesture from a massive company. This is how a company should be.

Used to be good but just recently got an order (auto ship) for my dogs heart medicine what was in the bottle was the wrong thing the pills were 10xs smaller than ones I got before. I'm supposed to give her 1/2 a pill and these pills are so tiny you can't even cut in 1/2 so I have to take time off to go to vet to try to get pills. I tried calling chewy 1 ring phone went dead so I tried using the email form still haven't had response good luck getting any help if you have problem

Chewy refuses to be honest about shipping times. They create a shipping label when the order is placed, but don’t actually fill the order for a few days. They still send out emails in the meanwhile saying that the order has been shipped, knowing full well that it hasn’t. I now have to find a more reliable source for pet products.

Company is a joke Total crooks I’ve used chewy.com for years and never had any problems until now when I returned something and they wouldn’t replace it for a different items or return my payment Won’t buy from this company ever again

I love ordering from Chewy! Their employees are very considerate. They always reach out if an inconvenience happens. I have never had a better experience with any other company. Despite the Pandemic, they still do their very best!
