I cannot tell you how much I appreciate Chewy! I had auto delivery for my dog Hope every few months. My pup passed away and I forgot to stop the delivery. I called CS and explained and the rep could not have been nicer. She took off the charge and told me to donate the food. A couple of days later I received a beautiful flower arrangement from the CS rep/Chewy. I've never had such an experience with a company and I can't explain how much it means to me. Thank you

DO NOT USE PHARMARCY.. If you need your pet's medication in a timely fashion - DO NOT order from Chewy's pharmacy. This is my 2nd time ordering and BOTH times they have not only stressed me out but a refill order placed on a Thursday is not arriving till Monday. btw it's syringes, that I have been out of for a couple days now because who would expect a 4 day turn around for medication. Customer Service rep I spoke to was nasty, not a kind person at all - should be in a different kind of company. The cat food portion of my order came within 48 hours. Sorry Chewy I've been a customer of yours for 10 years (maybe more). I am gonna to ask my vet to switch my prescription elsewhere not worth the stress.

I have used Chewy for several years and have always been very happy with their prices and service. Unfortunately, my dog passed recently. I contacted Chewy to tell them that I no longer needed my account ( and the reason why). I received a very personal and sincere email back which I thought was so kind and completely unexpected. Not only did they double check that my autoship was canceled and my account closed. They credited my account for a recent order that I hadn't even opened yet. Then the following day I received a beautiful flower arrangement from the same person who I had been emailing along with a personal note. It just blew me away that a company would be so thoughtful and go out of their way to show it. I will be telling everyone I know with pets to consider using Chewy, and when the time comes that I get another pet, I will most certainly do all my business with Chewy.

Chewy has been committed to deliver their product. I reviewed a bad review because the delivery did not come as quickly as they said it would. 2-3 days to deliver at my address. When I reached out to CHEWY, they made it good with me. They took care of the problem immediately. They got another order to my home within 2 days, and I was happy with this experience.

Thanks Chelsea for the flowers. Chewy was so kind to refund a product since my fur baby passed away. To my surprise, they had sent me flowers. Chewy will be the only site I order my pet stuff from.

I always have a good experience with Chewy. The company stands behind the products and will take care of you if you receive a damaged shipment. I highly recommend Chewy.

Awful. Takes my money right out of my account as soon as I place order. My vet declined the kind of medication that was ordered. Charge was dropped from my bank but my money wasn't refunded. Hope you need that $250 more than I did. Now my dogs still don't have their heartworm prevention and I'm out the money. If they would have waited for vet approval before removing money out of my bank I would have a better review. Never again.
