Chewy’s policies regarding customer service should be a model for other companies. I recently received a new bag of dog food. My dog became sick possibly due to the food. Chewy overnighted me a new bag no charge. As a retired vet tech, I have heard many different stories about how great this company is.

Yesterday I was trying to cancel my Autoship for prescription food as my baby is now deceased. Apparently though the system requires you to have an item on autoship. I emailed the customer service department requesting help to cancel the order. Ashley K responded quickly and kindly. Confirming the cancelation of the Autoship and issued a full refund of the food which we had just had delivered a week or two ago. I never expected or asked for the refund, Chewy just did it. So, as my heart was breaking they were warm and kind. I have three other babies and will use Chewy again every chance I get.

We order a lot from Chewy. However their free shipping minimum bothers me. They need to lower it to $25 and make prescription items ship free. Why would I buy a $7.50 prescription ointment from them if they’re going to charge me shipping?? Get a clue.

I have used chewy for years. They have fair prices, great service and today. I want to give them a shout out. I had to stop all my orders last Friday because we had to put our girl Josey down. I talk to Tiffany in customer service. She was very sympathetic I appreciate it but today I was floored our doorbell rang and chewy and her sent flowers. well done they are an outstanding company and when I find another pup they will be my first call

I order a case of Blue Buffalo cat food, & a 35 lb tub of cat litter monthy. Every other month I order a container milky treats and a container of licky tube cat treats. I have had issues with the cat food being dented. Every single time I have had an issue Chewy has graciously resolved it with an equitable credit! This last order my cat treats were squished and exploded in the box. The rep was so kind and replaced the item and resolved the cat liter issue by shipping the litter in a seprate box! Happy customer! Hopefully, no more issues! I love this company! If I could give Chewy and George a 10 stars, I would!!

If I Could Give Chewy Higher than a 5 Star Review, I Would. Chewy is By Far THE BEST Company to deal With. Their Customer Service is Excellent. Caring, Knowledgeable, Courteous, And Helpful in Every Way. Chewy is A Great Company, Which is Representative of Years Gone by. If More Companies were Like Chewy, America Would Be A Better Place! Have given same orders for delivery many times. Left company for 4 months but they promised to do better. Live in 2 nd floor apt. and 71 years old, cannot carry 60 lb. plus boxes up the stairs. Tried them again and same problem. Left outside on porch not even inside and have nobody to help so on e again did not follow directions.

Needed medication quickly. Unlike times before when it was delivered within 48hours, Five days later meds arrived. Extremely disappointing. I had to go back to the vet for 5 additional doses. Never again.
