NEVER order from Cheryl’s cookies!!!! I would give it a zero if I could. I placed an order for teacher appreciation week on Monday 5/3. As of today 5/12, it is still not there and is not scheduled for delivery until Friday 5/14. I called to complain and they completely dismissed me and did absolutely nothing about it. Fairly certain I even heard the representative laugh in the background. I try to do something nice for the teachers and they’ll get stale cookies. Fantastic 😡😡😡😡

If I could, I would give 0 stars! I have read reviews claiming how fresh and delicious the cookies are, well that may be the case, but I ordered cookies for my elderly mother for Mother's day, well Mother's Day was here, and no cookies! I called the store they were not accomidating and I told them that I would never order from them again!! EVER!

Zero customer service. Don't count on timely delivery of your order and don't count on them contacting you. The only speedy thing they do is take your money.😡

Do not order from Cheryl’s cookies! It used to be a reliable company but past couple of years it’s gone down. Latest issue- ordered teacher appreciation gift 4/17/2021 to be delivered 5/3/2021. I checked my account on 5/3/2021 and it hadn’t shipped. Called and they said oops, it’s back ordered! Said they could get a replacement delivered 5/5/2021, which wasn’t comparable, but I was desperate and said okay. Well, I checked today 5/4/2021 and it hasn’t shipped! Refuse to give info above customer service. I said cancel and refund, so I now have to run out after work tomorrow to get the teacher a gift. I’m so upset bc this teacher deserves better! Never order from them! Second time this issue has happened to me!

Definitely disappointed in Cheryl’s Cookies. I order Christmas Cookies every year for my twelve great nieces and nephews and have been very pleased but my latest order has been a BIG disappointment. I ordered a Birthday cake eleven days ago and it still has not been delivered. It is sitting in a warehouse in Houston and has been there for five days. I was given a delivery date and that is past by five days. I called customer service and talked to someone that spoke very little English and she told me it would be another day before delivery. The birthday is long since past and the good idea has fallen flat. I’m going to have to think long and hard about my Christmas order this year.

Ordered through Harry and David's for birthday gift of cookies. April 6 2021. 10 phone calls later and April 24, 2021 still no delivery. I was told it take 3 to 5 business days to see a refund. I will never ever order anything from Harry and David or Sheryl's Cookies or brownies. I could have baked and shipped them myself. I could have used Amazon. I could have gone to the store and bought them and shipped them. The birthday was April 14 2021. What a kill joy. Aweful experience. Never even DELIVERED THE COOKIES. I wish I had read the reviews first.

I think 1 star is too good for this company. They canceled my order March 16th at my request and they still have not refunded my money. I am disputing it. I wish I had seen all of the negative reviews prior to ordering, could have saved myself the aggravation.
