The cookies are delicious. But the size of the cookie for the price is absurd. I can go to Crumbl and get cookies that are twice the size for less money. I'm really sad about this because I would have liked to give these as gifts to friends, but I just can't justify the price.

Product is very good.Delivery is very disappointing. Cookies were to be delivered to Chicago. Spent 2 days in Ohio. Then shipped to Wheeling Illinois. From there cookies saw more towns in Wisconsin than I ever have before hitting Chi. So many complaints re shipping. Does anyone at Cheryl’s read their reviews?

Although I initially had some problems with this company, they have since reached out to me and did more than enough to fix the problem. I appreciate their concern and am changing my review. Customer service is my priority. Everyone makes mistakes, but how they’re dealt with is what counts most. This company fixed everything and I am more than grateful. Give them a try

The whole shipping part of the transaction is/has always been an issue They should use actual delivery business instead of contract fed ex workers who do not deliver the product as a cookie delivery should be Delivered Abominable delivery's as always Always chasing never delivers on dates originally promised

The cookies are amazing, but the shipping is the worst. Every order is late, doesn't ship on time, or half of it shows up and takes a week for the second box to show up after i paid more for shipping to get it there by a specific date. Latest order of a custom pick cookie box was delayed due to one flavor being out of stock, but i wasn't notified until the day after it was suppose to arrive. The email advised me to call to pick an alternative, but when i called the only option i was given was a refund. Frustrating since it was a gift for a specific date. After some back and forth and lots of hold time the customer service rep was finally able to substitute a flavor and now the order is going to be another 2 days late.

What a mistake! Stear clear!! I ordered cookies to send to my best friend and his wife because his wife's mother passed away. Days past the indicated delivery date and they haven't been delivered yet. I'm disputing the bill. How these unprofessional money grubbing incompetents can still be in business is shocking. Don't waste your time or money.

Missed my son’s birthday by 2 days, paid extra for a card and the card was not with the cookies. No customer service, talk with a chat box and they said someone would call never did. No way to contact them. I order frequently but no more, they don’t care. Won’t deal with a company that has no way to reach out

Impossible to connect w/ customer service. Item (Monster brownie) was very dry. This company has gone downhill very quickly. A total waste of money.
