Ordered several things because of the pandemic. Just like other reviews have said, product over priced, one time item never arrived, bad customer service, arrived late, and this month I ordered one thing and got something else. I wish I had never signed up for the dessert of the month. Bad news

I ordered three boxes of cookies for Easter 11 days before Easter. I have the passport so the calender showed that April 2 was an option for delivery so I chose it. All three packages arrived after Easter. My beef is that they do not give you any heads up that it will be late and certainly do not give good customer service. They use FedEx for delivery and frankly they should change to UPS or USPS because they have not been late any time during this pandemic.

My wife ordered cookies 9 days before Easter. One package to Chicago made it on time. The other to Fresno, Ca arrived two days after Easter. Called them to complain and all they did was refund shipping. Good customer service would have been a refund. I noticed there are many bad reviews.

I will never order from Cheryls cookies again... I have ordered hundreds of dollars of cookies for various occasions. Free shipping was a perk and quick delivery...That is gone now along with quality...Too bad local company but no thank you...Ordered cookies on Wednesday before Easter they will be delivered 4/7/21 funny how they could be delivered within 2 days before. Thanks but no thanks. Customer lost forever.

Horrible experience! Order three packages the separate locations going to my grand children for Easter. One order arrived on time. Two were lost by FEDEX. I contacted customer service and that was a disaster. They were going to issue a replacement order that would not arrive until the day after Easter. I checked to see if it had been shipped and they never placed! I spent an hour and half on chat trying to get a refund processed. I am also filing a BBB claim.

Wow! I sure wish I had read the reviews before ordering from Cheryls cookies! It would’ve saved me a lot of headache and aggravation. I ordered two different things at the same time, and somehow they got split up into two different deliveries that were delivered days apart and buy different companies. I had cookies shipped to a business, and they delivered supposedly this last one to the business when the business isn’t even open, and won’t be for another two days. In my opinion, that’s a load of crap! I definitely will not be ordering from Cheryls cookies again!!!

This company charges extra for requesting a specific date but seems to have absolutely no control over the delivery. If that is the case, they should say so and not charge people extra for a fake delivery date. They delivered a stale birthday cake on the wrong date and I had the added misfortune of dealing with rude unmasked delivery drivers (FedEx).
