Cookies are delicious! Definitely overpriced, but maybe not compared to other mail order gifts. I’m just not sure as I don’t do mail order treats much. If you watch for sales and coupons you can get them for around $1/cookie. I have ordered from here multiple times for myself and as gifts. I have had a couple deliveries be a day or 2 late, but my most recent delivery was 3 days early, to Indiana, even with the impending ice storm. I’d say if date it’s important order way ahead of time and keep an eye on the tracking.

I joined the Passport Program, offering free/reduced shipping, and have placed multiple orders for birthdays, college care packages, and hospital patients. I have had pretty good luck with goodies arriving on the date, as promised. One caveat: there is no customer service, period. I had one order go tetribly haywire - an order for cookies to arrive in time for Christmas. The delivery date came and went, with no shipping information available, no phone number to call, and no way to have a live chat (that feature is disabled once an order is "in process" - about 30 minutes after an order is placed. I had to submit a ticket and only got a reply, three days later, when the order was finally delivered. (This was now 5 days after the promised delivery date.) Be sure to give a lot of extra time at holidays, as shipping may be dicey - and customer service won't be available to assist.

Was seriously surprised to read so many negative reviews, however, I do agree the customer service could be better and high shipping cost of $13.00 which Fedex SmartPost was used for a small box of cookies/cupcakes combo. However, though it took 10 days to get from Ohio to California, the cookies were tasty, fresh, soft and delicious as were the cupcakes. Was surprised since figured they'd be dry and stale taking that long to arrive but was pleasantly surprised.

I ordered some sugar-free cookies for my family in the US as a Christmas present. They arrived broken (albeit they were still good to eat.) I contacted customer service which was a very very long process because every time I got a reply, it was someone new. And they would not look at the previous person's answer so each time the process would start over. Eventually someone said they'd send replacement but only in January as that's when it'd be in stock. I waited until February and no one told me anything about it so I had to get in contact again which restarted the whole process. Eventually someone finally understood me and sent replacement. It was very poor customer service experience but I'm still rating it good because they did eventually help me, and the cookies are good.
