I ordered cookies on 2/10, they charged my card and here we are 2/23 and they have not been shipped! I have emailed them with no response. I don't have all day to deal with calling them and being put on hold. Will dispute charges. Too bad because I have ordered their cookies for clients in mass quantities, but never again.

If I could give no stars I would. After my first order was never delivered Cheryl‘s was supposed to send me a second order only to not receive that one either. When I asked if an order could be expedited they kept telling me this one was on its way. I kept trying to tell them that I don’t even have a tracking number so wherever it is it sitting somewhere and I didn’t want to receive stale cookies. The representative said she would check again and after a little while I was disconnected. What a frustrating experience, and still no cookies.

Horrible customer service. They said they’d refund my money from an order that never made it and I canceled, but they didn’t follow through. I ended up telling my credit card company that I deny the charges.

I thought I'd give Cheryl's a try for Valentine's Day gifts, although I'd not heard of the company before this initial purchase. I ordered with PLENTY of time; order placed February 5th (we know Valentine's Day is Feb. 14th). The order confirmation showed the gifts would arrive at my children's respective college campuses on or by Thursday, Feb. 11th. and a third to my office Friday Feb. 12th. The order to my office (not as important) was received on Wed. Feb. 10th and I must say we enjoyed the cookies (hence the 2 stars) Today is Feb. 17th and the gifts still haven't been delivered to my children and tracking shows delivery date unknown. We had some weather issues that began the evening of the 11th, but had they filled the orders and completed delivery before, or on the promised delivery date of the 11th, my children would have received their gifts before Valentine's Day. It is hard enough to be away from your children, and especially during COVID, so sending "Love" in this manner is so very important! My credit card was charged quite quickly... a shame they couldn't deliver better service.

Reading all of these reviews it is apparent that a lot of people are having the same experience. I placed an order 10 days in advance just like some of these other reviews, only to find out today 3 days after the scheduled delivery date that the item is no longer available. Why was this not known the day I ordered or at least a few days after placing the order? I had to reach out to them to find out what was going on for them only to tell me that the item was no longer available and that my order is being canceled. There is absolutely no excuse for. I know that some things can happen. However, to allow the order to be completely processed paid for and then notified 3 days after the schedule delivery date is unacceptable. Valentine’s Day is nothing but a retail holiday where people pay good money for flowers and sweets like this. Knowing how big of a retail holiday that can be for items to what you sell daily, there should be an abundance of items available. We use this company during the holidays to send out a massive amounts of cookies and after this experience that will no longer happen. Thanks for nothing!

My Valentines Day order was scheduled to be delivered by 2/12. Today is 2/15 and it still hasn’t arrived. When I contacted customer service, only my shipping fee was refunded. So if the order arrives, it will be after the holiday and no longer fresh. Won’t order from here again.

Very expensive and cookies are nothing to rave about. When assortment arrived 4 of the cookies were no bigger than a quarter. A small bag of 15 mini hearts counted as 15 cookies...not cool for 40.00

Ordered these for my daughter for Valentine's day who is 5 hours away at college. Ordered them a week ago and was able to choose a delivery date so I chose today (Friday) as Valentine's day is on Sunday and the mail center is closed on the weekend. I called and was told they will be delivered on Tuesday, 2 days after Valentine's day! What is the point after the holiday? I will never order from here again!
