Always arrives late no matter how early you order. Dont buy these for special occasion deliveries

I have ordered Cheryl's cookies for years with great service until this past Christmas. I placed a Christmas order on Dec. 6 for delivery on Dec. 22. The order didn't go out for shipping until Dec. 22. I just ordered St. Patrick's Day Cookies on Feb. 27 for delivery on March 16. I just found out that they won't arrive until at least. March 19. The customer service rep told me on the phone that I always have the option to order "expedited" delivery service. Why should I pay more for delivery when I place the order weeks ahead of requested delivery date. I am done.

I could not be more disappointed in Cheryl's. I ordered cookies to arrive for my daughter's birthday. When I placed the order it said it would be there on the date I requested. Today, I received a confirmation and was notified that the cookies will arrive 5 days after her birthday. To add to it, the confirmation does not have her complete address so I'm not even sure the package will arrive to her. The company refused to send her another package via overnight to make it in time for her special day. All I heard from the representatives is "we can't do that". This is a big birthday and she's away at college so I wanted her to have something on her birthday since I couldn't be there. Based on another review, this obviously isn't a one-time issue. Have a nice life Cheryl's.

Ordered twice over the holidays. Order one on Dec 5, 2017 they did not arrive until well after Xmas!!! Ordered other on Jan 3, 2018 and to date of Jan 17, 2018 have not received yet!!!! Three weeks or more to receive cookies is unacceptable!! However, they continue to advertise sales and can not get the cookies to ppl that already paid!!! Horrible business practices. I will not be purchasing from Cheryl’s ever again!!! They take your money and you may never get your cookies!!!!

Phenomenal cookies and adorable packaging! The price really isn't bad for the quality. I had no issues at all with my order and will definitely order again!
