I'm extremely frustrated that I spent $38.99 on shipping for there to be a 3 day delay. I could've spent $17.99 instead for the same day that it's currently expected to be delivered. The reason why I spent so much on shipping to begin with is because my mom lives out of state is going through a really hard time and she just experienced a really difficult and unexpected loss. I've purchased from Cheryl's Cookies before and there has been delays in the past but I thought if I spent extra on shipping that they would come on time. Shame on me for spending so much on mediocre cookies. I won't do it again.

I am disgusted with this company!! I made an online order two weeks ago and still no cookies so I reach out to the company by phone they tell me that I would get them that day ...no cookies that day, write them they tell me there is a delay that I won't be getting my cookies until the NEXT week after that (3 weeks) because there production facility was closed from December 21st to January 9th which is funny because when I made my order it clearly said ships now!!! I called the company back the lady says I would get my cookies that day....again...no cookies. They REALLY need to get their stuff together here what unprofessionalism and so unorganized!!! There should be a disclaimer or something stating about the facility being closed!!!

Don't use this company very bad. Never delivered the cookies and when I called they were of no help. I asked to speak with a supervisor and they said they would call back and never did. Horrible place! I wanted them to just resend so they would get before the new year and they said they couldn't help. Please there are too many good companies out there to risk going to this place!!!

This company is the worst!!! I ordered a cookie gift for my 90 year old grandmother (who lives across the country from me) to be delivered on 12/24/21. I paid extra for the specific delivery date. I kept checking the order for a tracking number but as of 12/23/21 never saw one. I called customer service an got the worst rep I could have spoken to. I told her I was looking for a tracking number for the order as it was supposed to be delivered the next day. She put me on hold and came back on the line and told me not to worry, it was scheduled for delivery the next day. I asked her how she knew that if there was supposedly no delivery tracking number (she told me there was no tracking number on the order earlier in the call). She put me on hold again and when she came back she told me that she just missed the tracking number the first time but she now found it and the order would be delivered on the 24th. I asked multiple times before she would give me the tracking number so I could look myself but when she gave me the number I tracked it myself and found that the delivery was actually scheduled for the 27th not the 24th. I told her this was upsetting to me as I paid extra to make sure they arrived on a specific day. She said she saw that so I asked her what could be done about the extra I paid. She said she saw I paid the extra fee (again) and I said yes, and what can be done about that. She promptly hung up on me! I called back and spoke with a different rep who was a little better only because she didn't hang up on me, refunded me the extra charge (supposedly) and apologized for the previous rep's behavior. I tracked the order again today (the 26th of December) only to now find that the order isn't going to be delivered until the 29th! What??? When I looked at the detailed tracking history I found that this order wasn't even shipped until the 23rd in Ohio for delivery to Oregon on the 24th....never gonna happen! I placed the original order on December 3rd for delivery on the 24th so I think that was plenty of time - not to mention that when I placed the order the site guaranteed delivery before Christmas. I posted not one but two reviews of this experience on the website and found they will only post positive reviews. My first review was up for less than 24 hours and was then taken off of the site and when I posted my second review it was never actually posted, LOL. I had ordered a year round delivery of different holiday cookies (5 deliveries a year) but you can bet I will be cancelling that order and will never order from Cheryl's cookies again! Go elsewhere and save your money on this place! I would give 0 stars if it was possible!!!

Seemed like good idea at the time. FedEx "smart aka dumb" Post is the slowest thing I have ever seen. Nine days, so far, and not there yet. NEVER AGAIN....

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered 2 items and chose a delivery date AFTER the first available. So, they had extra time to ship my items. One item was shipped, but the other was never shipped. I contacted them the day it was to arrive and was told it could not be shipped. First I was offered an item of similar value, their choice to ship in 3 weeks. WHAT????? I declined and was refunded. The refund was LESS than the cost of the original item.

I have placed numerous Cheryl Cookie orders through the years... including this year. The company is running terribly. Your customer service is nonprofessional if non-existent. Several of my orders were never shipped or were not delivered on the specified date before Christmas and the tracking numbers do not correspond to the order. My specific Order Number – 578485628. Now it is too late to get something else to replace the order for a Christmas gift. I am also a Passport Member - This is a repeated pattern over and over again. The item is either lost, not shipped from Cheryl or delivered after the holiday. It is pathetic! The orders were placed on 12/3/2021 so there is no excuse for the items to not be delivered by Christmas Eve. This has been a repeated pattern for the last several years. I have spent a lot of money with Cheryl Cookies but this is the final straw. This company needs new management from top to bottom. This so frustrating when these are sent as gifts and they are not even shipped from Cheryl’s Cookies. Jim McCann the CEO of 1-800-Flowers has destroyed the quality reputation of Cheryl Cookies. Chris McCann, President and Chief Executive Officer, 1-800-Flowers and their various divisions is doing a terrible job running the company. This is the main reason people are apprehensive about these corporate consolidation of companies. This is my last year sending Cheryl cookies. You have lost a longtime and loyal customer. You might want to look at your reviews on Yelp and Facebook to see what your consumers are saying about your company and I can tell you it is not positive! This company doesn’t care about your orders even with being a passport holder. My mom ordered cookies for a family get together and on the website you get to select the date you need them which is what she did. They shipped her order and when she called and said it was incorrect date they told her too bad. She then asked to speak to a supervisor and they told her she couldn’t because they work from home….. she said I’m sure you can transfer me and they just refused. She said to cancel her order and passport membership and they refused to give her the money back which was over $100+. They then told her it was her fault for selecting fedex standard shipping and that she should pay MORE MONEY to get premium shipping. All in all this company just wants your money and will not help you. Start going to a local baker and support small business instead. We’ve learned our lesson.
