I had to reschedule my international flight and then the problems started! First there is no transparency. The website in itself doesn't allow you reschedule. In spite of repeated calls to the the customer care the only way to communicate to them is via e-mails. I expect any service to be more sophisticated than this. A person cannot spend hours on reschedule and cancellation! I dont understand how such websites are even approved !

My booking was placed and confirmed a month ago on cheaptickets.com and I was issued the E-tickets.I thought everything was solid and sound.But I got an email about the problem of my booking early this week and I called for the first time. The agent initially told me the flight was cancelled and offer to change the flight. I personally called the airline and was told the flight is still operating. Then I called for the second time and was notified that my booking was not secured and still need to wait for the response from the airline company. In the following calls, I was finally told my booking was cancelled by the airline for no reason. Every agent told me I would expect a call back in several hours, but the fact is that I have not received a single call so far. One of the agent offered to let me speak to his supervisor but I was put on hold for more than 30 min and still no one took care of me. I made my latest call to cancel the flight, but again, I was asked to wait for a call in 6 hours and no calls, no emails, nothing. I have made seven calls so far and they cannot offer a solution. The agents tried to assure me that everything is ok and they will take good care of it but apparently they are lying to me.My wife and I was going to stay nice and cozy seven nights in Tahiti for the Chinese New Year and now it's all screwed! We have paid the accommodation in advance and it is not refundable! It is a terrible decision to make the booking at cheaptickets. All I want now is to cancel the flight and get the refund. Huge, huge disappointment!

fake promises of cash back and aweful customer service. I spoke to the agent named Sujay it sees like was making him speak forcefully. He denied everything clearly whatever help I asked for . If you keep your customer service like this very soon you will be in the consumer court.

My friend and I booked a ticket from Mumbai to Dubai online and it got connected to cheaptickets.in. Due to some reason I could not fly and my friend went ahead with her trip to Dubai. Our trip was on 8th of October 2015. Since then I am been keeping in touch with cheaptickets.in customer service. After speaking to Emirates team I got to know that my ticket is non refundable but it's a open ticket which I can use in future. Firstly they don't pick up the given number. Secondly even on mail I have to keep mailing them again and again to reconfirm the open ticket to rebook. I had to keep mailing them to ask for how many months it's valid and what are the charges for re booking the ticket again. Till now I have not got any reply of cancelation and re booking the ticket. They actually act like they are doing some favour on us by replying to their customers. Very unhappy with their service and will never in my life will book my tickets even if they have the cheapest ticket available. They provide cheap airline tickets and that is the reason their service is also CHEAP!!!

My flight with Air India [PNR JB8YT] got rescheduled from 29th to 30th March 2016. The rescheduled dates were not suitable for me, hence I requested cancellation to the airlines. Since the rescheduling was due to the airlines operational problem, they have agreed to provide full refund of tickets without any penal charges. The tickets were booked from site cheapticket.in. After several days of constant followup, they have finally cancelled the ticket. But they are claiming an astounding amount of penalty charges[10,850/- per ticket] in order to pass back the cancelled amount to me.I am sure that there is something called "the law of the land" and in case they choose to defraud people like this, they will eventually face legal action suits. Their upper management is unreachable and call center executives do not respond. Hence I am posting in this forum to inform that 1. I will lodge an FIR with Noida Police if they do not release the payment within one week from today i.e by 4th December, 2015 2. If the refunded amount is as unreasonable as they have indicated, I will pull them to consumer court and follow the legal path for justice. Kindly treat this mail as the first step of legal notification to you. As per legal requirement, you are requested to forward this message to your higher management for intimation.

Booked a vacation and flying on west jet. Booked from Canada and compared prices to other on line sites such as RedTag.ca and it was $100.00 cheaper so I booked. Later I found out that this was in US funds and now I am paying $400.00 extra then REDTAG.CA I called to cancel the vacation but to late and no refunds… DO NOT USE THIS SITE>>> TOTAL RIP OFF

booked ticket more than 4 hours ago. no mail no confirmation from them. tried calling the helpline . a guy picks up and says wrong number, no response to mail from them.
