Great prices but booking changes were complicated and required several calls.

I booked my tickets online in a hurry, and didn't realize I was logged on to Cheaptickets.com, and not CheapOAir.com, which I had used before. AFTER I purchased the tickets, I checked out the reviews, and just about threw up! I've never seen such a collection of bad reviews in my life! What was worse, there were virtually NO positive reviews! Of course, it was too late at that point to do anything about it, and I just held my breath and waited for problems. Well, the problems never materialized. I got the tickets for exactly what I had paid, the trip went off without a hitch, and all was well. Granted, I never had to contact them about ticket changes, cancellations, or anything else (where most of the problems I saw in other peoples' reviews came from), so my purchase and travel experience was one of the "easy" ones. However, my experience was fine. Yes, there is a mountain of bad reviews out there for this ticket service. I can't speak for them. All I can tell you is, in MY particular case, they did exactly what they said they would do, I got the tickets, and all was well. There was nothing at all negative about the experience, other than the worry caused by all the bad reviews I read. I can't tell you whether or not you are going to have problems with this company. All can tell you is, I didn't. They were quick and easy to use, and everything turned out all right. Just because you see a lot of bad reviews, doesn't necessarily mean you are going to get screwed (it didn't in my case).

Our customer service rep was named "Bruce" and was extremely helpful, but forgot to mention the extra charges on credit card payments which is 20%... Prices shown on the website are not replicated in reality but nonetheless reasonably cheap compared to most other sites of this nature. I'd certainly recomend Cheaptickets.co.uk to everyone!

Cheaptickets alwasy give excelents options to travel. For crusie I have had the best deals, for flights I have good options. I would like to have points or special treamet due to I always buy my tickets here.

I perchased the activities MP3 Audio walking guid and never recieved it. No return call or email. Everything else was good

You should make sure that you get a conformation # after you book your flight.I was shocked when i payed the ticket and didn,t get the conformation#.I called the main office,which was American Airline and they told me that the dealer i bought the ticket was the legal office and gave me the conformation #.

Fast and easy to find tickets. Only downside, it was difficult to get the email they sent to print out all the way. Other than that, seamless process.
