I have literally spent hours on hold, and on the phone with these incompetent people. First of all you call India, the call center people barely speak English. Each time I call I am hours on hold, hours trying to explain what i need. We booked flights to Las Vegas $990, then travel insurance for $82.00. We changed plans, went to rebook our flights to San Francisco and were told it was a fee of $150 per passenger. The new flights we booked were $732, cheap tickets told us that we would not get back the extra credit. What was 1. The point of travel insurance 2. What happened to our extra credit? Crazy. These guys won't be around for long with these rip off tactics.

I booked a hotel with Cheap Tickets, figuring it would save me money, since I'd booked my flight with them as well. It seemed quite expensive, but I figured that their "low price guarantee" assured me that they'd refund the difference if the price was lower elsewhere. So I looked online, just to check, and sure enough, the same double-occupancy room for the same dates was more than $100 cheaper on Hotels.com . I applied for the refund, which was robotically denied. When I tried to call them to ask about this, guess what - "Contact us" did not provide a phone number. I hope sharing my experience will help others avoid dealing with this sleazy company.

I left Miami for Portland on the 9th due to weather we couldn't take off from Miami until 2 hours later when we finally land in Washington❗Virginia @9 pm my plane from Washington >Maine Portland was gone (but wait )the next plane from Washington to Portland was not scheduled to leave until 5 o'clock the next afternoon. I was mad. I asked for a refund and I wanted to return back to Miami. I went back to Miami but in Washington the guy insured me that when I got back to Miami all I had to do was call for my refund I did I got the run around. From America airlines and cheap tickets I will never again let you guy plane my trip I had to go to a funeral I never made it 2 thanks a bunch 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

the most useless ticketing service in india, when cuttin ticket it shows another location for arrival and departure and when reserved shows other locations. i booked from bangalore to kolkata and it got booked from bangalore to mumbai... they r cheats, even when ticket was in progress i told them to cancel it but they ruined it up by telling me to hold the line until the ticket got confirmed and then they tell me that the ticket is non refundable.... the most useless ticketing serrvice as of date.... i would not even rate it 1 star as it is fit for negative markings the most useless ticketting service in india.

A co-worker was making a reservation and their system changed the dates from a Mon-Wed to a weekend stay, charged him, and then told him it was non-refundable. Fraudulent at best. Stay away from this company!

They do not use your credit card for bookings even you are charged with credit card fees. So that after cancellation, non of the airplane companies can place a refund as you can not show the card. Cancellation fees or processing fees are usually as high as your flight cost according to customer service. Never again!

Cheaptickets offered me a free cancellation after my flight were rescheduled through The airline. The changes were about several days so i agreed to search again for suitable flights. Now three months later I still have Not received my money back. Cheaptickets service keeps telling me that the airline is in charge or that they Need over one year to pay back the money. Both is unbelievable and unacceptable. For that Reason i will Consult a lawyer to get my Money back.

Spent > 10 hours on phone, still no solution. - 24 hour flight cancellation is fraudulent - it's offered universally but never honored. Details: I booked a $600 united airlines flight through cheap tickets. My payment was processed and card charged instantly. Spent > 10 hours on the phone over the course of a month of trying to resolve this problem with > 30 minute wait times, poorly trained staff, no system of supervisors, no documentation of issues, with no solution. The team claimed they could not locate my flight details or contact info and that no purchase had been made, even when I offered to email them my credit card statement with the purchase confirmed, and reference numbers quoted by the United Airlines department. United unfortunately could not issue me flight details but insisted it had to be done through Cheap Tickets. The 24 hour cancellation policy was promised on the phone numerous times and never honored - instead they are trained to make excuses to delay beyond the 24 hour period, or else defer and say that the specific airline does not allow cancellations. In the end, $600 was lost in entirety to a fraudulent system. I have never had a similar problem through the numerous travel agencies online, and would highly recommend against Cheap Tickets.
