CheapticketsReviews of cheaptickets.com

I wish had seen the review before using them this is a scam company don't use them , I was searching for an hotel in barcelona and this guy's showd me the cheapest and not bad rated hotel i had to pay upfront so when I typed the address on the satnav it was not working,so I searched Google to find that the hotel although it said Barcelona on the address it was in fact 53km away from Barcelona, when I came to the hotel the guy told I could not cancel and this happens often here so be aware this is a scam website you are warned

Horrible website, they constantly try to slip in upcharges and garbage fees. Screwed up my ticket (only booked half the round trip) and didn't honor the "insurance" I paid for when I decided to go elsewhere.

I used cheap tickets for the first and last time. I needed to cancel my ticket due to an illness and they stated I had to first file a claim and get approval from the insurance plan they sold me. I contacted the insurance plan and they stated I needed a Doctors note otherwise I had to use the ticket or loose it. This is unacceptable and insulting. I have never had this be an issue with others!!!!

Do NOT use cheaptickets.com to book your flights! They did 2 prior Authorization for the air plane ticket, a booking fee, a travel fee and 3 unknown fees! Only thing that should have been done was 1 prior authorization the booking fee and the travel fee. It messed my banking account up! So just a warning not to use them!!! My plane ticket has now cost me $1200 with all this!!!! And just FYI I was just informed cheaptickets and orbitz is the same company(according to supervisor Carlo at 1-844-700-1006 cheaptickets.com) I was on the phone for nearly 3 hours yesterday with a supervisor and they could not send letter to my bank with a letter head to help resolve this. Called back today and couldn't get any help due to technical difficulties! I have posted on a website where people book daily and told them not to use cheaptickets.com!

Cheaptickets compromised service.

Crappy customer service, non existent, no email o online chat, I just need to change my flight, seems like it would be easy, . 2 days later? Nothing, Expedia.com is 100% better, don't use this "company"

At first, me and my family purchased a ticket to go from Seattle to Ho Chi Minh. We booked April 3, everything was okay, then a week later they started their scheme. They called me and told me that the flight is cancelled i have to change the option they offered. And like a month and a half later, eva cancelled the flight, they didnt even bother to call me or send me an email like this. So my family decided we need to cancel this ticket because of they cancelled us twice. I called them, all they threw to me is a bunch of indian accent and please on hold for 15 minutes each on hold. They said that i was being charge over 150 dollars for each ticket because i changed the schedule, but not my fault they were the one who keep messing up my flight and forced us to choose the new schedule. So my mom called directly to the agent and one of their agent told my mom that i need to call them back so my family could get a full refund. I called back and then i was so mad because they said that there was no agent speak with my mom based on my mom phone number. I was so frustrated and complained and talk loud because they denied and they transfered me to a higher director, so the first time their director pulled a not hearing well, even i talked so loud, they hang up on me and then they did that the second time. Until i called them the third time and complained all about the money get charged and i told them that a lot of customer being tricked and not received a full refund or the money to the bank, they said to me if i keep talk with that attitude they will hang up the phone and then i told them i will call a lawyer to talk about this they silent and hang up the phone
