Charmlry is wonderful! They kept me informed of the whole process from receiving my order, letting me confirm the design created with the name given, to when my order was shipped. They even give you a choice of a remake of the design if the 1st draft isn't of your liking. I love that interaction. When I received the jewelry, I was amazed at the beauty! So clever, so creative, so amazing! I highly recommend Charmlry to everyone.

Love the design and necklaces. One is a Christmas gift. My only suggestion would be to attach an "o" ring so it's easier to attach to the clasp. It was very difficult to put on and it took me forever to get it on. Thank you.

I received it and I instantly fell in love with it and I'm so pleased. I can't wait to five it ti my sister for christmas. Getting the updates while it was being made was wonderful and appreciated. I would recommend to anyone wanting something different and cherishable.
