Great Personalized necklace with my children's names. Service and Communication was amazing. The designer was super easy to work with. I loved how informed I was throughout the process.

The charm itself is amazing
The charm itself is amazing. The workmanship is top notch. The biggest short coming is that the chain broke within a week and needed to be replaced with something of higher quality and durability. This did not ruin the experience but did bring into question the quality which appears to be exemplary.
