Took 3 tries to get a design that could be identified of what I asked for, was very specific, they just wouldn’t listen. My man’s bracelet is far too small to even get over his wrist. This company would not refund or request I return the item so they could fix it. Horrible and stuck with a bracelet unwearable. Don’t waste your $$$.

The design team made a mistake on the card, after raising it with them they advised the only way I could recive the correct card was to pay an additional fee. For a mistake they made. Poor customer service. The jewellery is visually pleasing but small and thin.

Charmlry has a very cute concept and the jewelry itself is a great idea, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I ordered months in advance to ensure everything would arrive in time, yet I still never received the correct birth charms for my mother-in-law’s gift. I went back and forth with the company at least 10 times trying to resolve the issue, with repeated promises that the missing items would be sent — but they never were. While Amanda was always friendly and polite in her responses, there was a complete lack of follow-through on what was promised. Mistakes can happen, especially during busy seasons, but how a company handles those mistakes matters. Unfortunately, the communication and resolution process was extremely frustrating and never resulted in a proper fix. Because of this, I would not recommend Charmlry.

Placed an order over a week ago, and got an email promising a response back with a proposed design within a few days. Contacted support twice with email, no response. I am starting to worry I need to contact my credit card for a refund. I appreciate if teams are busy, but of so, do let us know. I have received over 10 emails with promotional material since my order and not one order update. Update: I received correspondence back 10 days later. I will wait and see how long delivery takes and the quality of the product and will update accordingly.

The chain is very thin and it took forever to get the necklace and pendant. Although the pendant is nice, definitely not worth what I paid.

I loved the design. I was disappointed with the quality of the necklace overall. It is dull looking, not shiny at all. It actually looks like it’s “turning” after wearing it only four or five times. I didn’t get it wet. And I ordered the length of chain I wanted and it still had extra links, also making it seem cheap.
